Ranger EMP20653 Inkssentials Embossing Pens, 2-Pack, Black and Clear

This pens works really well. The powder sticks great and it stays wet long so you can work with your design! Wish the tip was a bit more slendor, but still able to do intricate designs!! Very happy with the product!! :)

Now you can emboss any pattern or design that you like or draw on your project. What i like to do to highlight the images on my pattern paper is to draw over the image with the clear embossing pen, then use a transparent glitter like the Sparkly crystal transparent powder by Stampendour or Range Holographic embossing powder and highlight my image. You pattern paper will look similar to the DCWV glitter pattern paper. However the embossing pen will darken your image slightly, so you might get a slight darker shadow around your image. But overall it looks pretty.

Im still figuring out the technique and all but the pen seems to work as it should. Much cheaper here than the one of found in craft stores. Happy with them so far

Absolutely love this pen! Glides smooth, felt too is on point (get it? I love puns), and the ink doesnt dry super quickly, which is essential for embossing

I have used this to correct small imperfections left while embossing. It is effective but I wish a sharper point was available. Until then I will continue to use these and hope for an improvement. I recommend you try them.

The tips are a bit thicker than what I expected. A finer tip will do much better. Yet, as I can using embossing powder on my writing, I like it. :)

I was so excited about these- visions of beautifully embossed homemade greeting cards danced in my head. However when I tried them, I was really let down. The black one is basically a black marker- it isnt the kind of ink that you stamp with like I thought. It dries almost instantly and therefore holds almost NO embossing powder. The clear one fared a little better, it held spotty embossing powder... I dont understand how they can sell this product still. I wish I could get my money back and get a clear stamp pad instead. Dont waste your money on these. Bottom line: I cant use these.

Great pens as described in description! My girlfriend and I really enjoy adding that extra touch of wow to our scrapbook. We are just starting out, however these pens are a must have in your arsenal! Try using different embossing powders as there are tons of them at your local arts and crafts store. Not even do these work fine on paper you can use them on check personalized check presenters if youre a server or even cardstock or cardboard if you have a presentation! I only wish they offer thinner ones but these will do just fine! Will buy more later on if I ever run out.
