The black one is amazing. Works perfectly. The white one is hard-to-see and seems very dry. I probably shouldve sent back, but I use the black one...so...

The ink in this pen is amazing for embossing. However, I have a very heavy hand and the tip frayed almost immediately. Better to go with a different style if youre remotely rough on your pens.

These are great! I use them for card making to use with my own writing and then emboss it. Turns out great and adds a personal touch to the heat embossing. Its also great for those missed spots where the powder didnt take to touch it up. Highly recommended for the price.

The black pen makes a medium fine line and is as easy to use as any marker. I could not get the top off the clear pen so it is useless.

I was so excited about these- visions of beautifully embossed homemade greeting cards danced in my head. However when I tried them, I was really let down. The black one is basically a black marker- it isnt the kind of ink that you stamp with like I thought. It dries almost instantly and therefore holds almost NO embossing powder. The clear one fared a little better, it held spotty embossing powder... I dont understand how they can sell this product still. I wish I could get my money back and get a clear stamp pad instead. Dont waste your money on these. Bottom line: I cant use these.

The tips are a bit thicker than what I expected. A finer tip will do much better. Yet, as I can using embossing powder on my writing, I like it. :)

Ive really enjoyed using these pens for craft projects, scrap booking, fun designs, calligraphy, etc. They are not super-fine-tipped, but are just fine enough that they will work for small projects. The white pen is perfect for water marking, ombre or bright designs where more transparent embossing powder is needed. There is no to low odor and the pens write seamlessly, making it easy to create loopy designs or draw in unique styles. The product also arrived on time and in good condition. Ive really enjoyed them so far.

This was my first time using Ranger Inkssentials Embossing Pens and I am very impressed. I used the pens to scrapbook and then later to make greeting cards. The embossing powder that I used over the top stuck flawlessly, thanks to these pens! The tip of the pens were precise, and allowed my handwriting to be neat and flowing. The two colors (black and silver) are versatile for being seen on different backgrounds. These pens are great for adding a personal touch to crafts, letters or projects. I highly recommend them!

These pens are a game changer in crafting. The ability to use a pen to get into delicate areas of you project that you want that little extra glimmer is amazing. I keep a good stock of these pens in my crafting supplies. Excellent investment

Both pens worked great with my embossing powders. I tried them on drawing paper and watercolor paper and they worked better on the former. I tried the black on black cardstock with metallic gold embossing powders and it worked fantastic! For the price, theyre worth it. In the photo attached, I used the clear pen with silver embossing powders and the lines were the perfect thickness.
