> 3 dayThese bands are awesome and offer a great variety of resistance levels. By far the greatest feature is that they DO NOT SLIP! I had a different set previously that was impossible to keep in place - always folding over on themselves, slipping up my thighs, etc. These bands stay where you need them and work great! They are somewhat limited in their versatility though - some other bands have enough length/stretch to use for arm exercises, but these arent very good for that. Just something to keep in mind if youre looking for bands to do reverse flys or other types of arm lifts, etc.

> 3 dayWeve been using them during our home workouts. They are great for squats, leg lifts, hip thrust, and mobility work. We love the fact that the bands have multiple resistance levels and they do not roll up on you like the rubber cheap ones do.

Greater than one weekMake sure you use the scan code That comes with the little insert card to get the full work out program. Their videos don’t cover all the moves, which kind of sucks, but you get the point. The workout plan is okay, but the bands themselves are worth it!
