Love this product! The colors are super cute and it has a mesh bag to store and wash them in as well. I don’t have much time to go to the gym so this is perfect for a quick afternoon booty workout. I really like that it comes in four different resistance levels. I started out with the lowest resistance level last night and I already feel the burn this morning so I know that it’s doing it’s job! It comes with a super great little card that has a workout schedule on one side with illustrations of the workouts on the other side, along with a website with video tutorials. Cannot wait to see results after a few months!!
