Covid has brought home gym fitness to a new high. I needed bands of different tensions to work my legs and gluts back in shape. I have not being disappointed with these bands. Warning, dont go with the strongest one first. You will be hurting for a while if you have not worked those muscles in a while :-)

I had bought some cheaper versions of booty bands that kept rolling every time I used them. These Booty Bands by Vergali stay in place and don’t roll! I spend more time on the exercise now and less on adjusting and readjusting the bands.

This product has been very awesome to use I love the fact that theres four different strengths Im using the first one because thats as far as I can get right now at the moment I cant wait to get to the strongest one it is very very very strong the material is really nice and its helped me with strengthening up my limbs and with weight loss I would recommend this product to anyone there is no roll down with the bands they stay intact this was an awesome buy
