I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Ive purchased bands in the past only to have them snap during a workout! I dont forsee that happening with these bands!! I love everything about this product, including the training videos to help you maximize your workouts! I am very pleased to say the least!

I enjoy the bands, however I haven’t used them long enough to be considered long term. There definitely is a noticeable difference between the different resistances with the bands. However, I do find the circumference small in the bands, which limited range of motions, if they were a bit bigger that would be nicer. Glute and leg based workouts are definitely still doable with these bands. Other exercises using other exercises are challenging to do because of this. The silicone/latex embedded inside the bands can give you a burn if you aren’t careful but it helps the bands not slip compared to others.

Just got my bands a few days ago. So far they are great! They seem well made and durable. These bands don’t move or roll like others I’ve tried. I like the size of the bands and that there are 4 different strengths. The bag it comes with is super convenient for when I take them to use at the gym!

Ive tried all sorts of bands and these are the first ones that truly stay in place the entire time you work out. Cute colors, durable, and best of all no slippage of the bands.

I purchased these bands because they said booty bands. I love the different weight ranges. They come with a bonus exercise card with exercise ideas that makes you feel the burn. Definitely would recommend the bands

Just got these yesterday. Did a FitOn workout with them this morning. They are very sturdy and stay put. I used the light & medium bands. I am looking forward to doing more workouts. I use YouTube, FitOn and gethealthyutv. I also love the colors. Very satisfied with my purchase
