> 24 hourWe bought this vacuum months ago after our older iRobot finally quit. This thing is a complete upgrade; it’s amazing. Stuff the old vacuum couldn’t pick up, this one sucks it up no problem. It doesn’t bang around stuff like the other did, it can actually sense when it’s getting near a thing and just kinda kisses it gently and moves on. Real stand up guy, this vacuum. Excuse me, vacuum+mop bc yeah, she mops as well and really does a fine job. It’s not replacing a good mopping, but it absolutely postpones the need for one for a while. The app works great and reminds you when to clean its lil brushes, remote is responsive, I have two cats and a large fluffy dog and the tank can handle only being cleaned once per day with two scheduled cleaning cycles and stray litter and fur about. I have no complaints so far. It’s great!

> 24 hourOverall i am happy with it I like that it goes left to right not a random route like my old one. i also like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. that was the selling point for me. It does good vacuuming and decent at mopping. i have laminate floors which i think is supposed to get the lowest water setting for mopping. I had to set it to the highest water setting to ever see a difference on the floors. which is not a big deal it just doesnt put out as much water as they expect i guess. Also one thing i dont like is if you press the home button before it decides that it needs to go home to charge, it doesnt know how to get home. it continues to do its route just with the suction turned off which is useless. As long as you let it run until the battery gets low then you will be fine. Just has been an issue for me. Also sometimes it runs into things kind of hard. not a gentle touch sometimes. All in all it does what its supposed to do. The app is how i control it and its decent not great. Cant beat the price for what it does.

> 24 hourThis is my first ever robot vacuum, so I was taking a chance with it with the good reviews it has. It definitely is easy to use. The app and the remote are easy to use, and the app is easy to connect to. The suction power is great. We use the normal suction power level and that picks up everything. It has a strong suction level but dont even have to use that! It is also pretty quiet too, and I like that it has a filter and pretty good size bin for what it picks up. I would give it 5 stars, but Ive found that you really have to work with it to make sure it doesnt suck up things you dont want it to if you put it in auto mode and leave it alone to vacuum, like wires, pet toys, rugs, etc. Sometimes it gets lost and you definitely have to create boundaries for it so it can run by itself without issue on automatic mode. I live in an apartment and do have many obstacles that it can run into, which it learns very quickly about. But it definitely takes a little bit of learning your house so it doesnt get stuck in places and learning the vacuum. Overall, 4/5 because Ive had to work through some tech issues with it. But I like that it gets to places I cant with my vacuum. So planning to keep it! Hope this helps anyone curious about this robot vacuum!

> 24 hourGreat product especially for the price! It’s also comes with an app that you can download to control your robot when your away from home. It includes a remote as well with extra accessory add-ons for the robot. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourI usually vacuum 2 times a day, and mop 2 times a week. We have 3 dogs here in Arizona and constantly dealing with a lot of dirt, dust, and slobber on our dark wood floors. Using this for a few days has cut down on the cleaning immensely. I see myself only doing a deep cleaning once a week for mopping. Im very, very Happy with this product!

> 24 hourI have very active dogs. Shedding is an issue. I have a brand name but it does not mop. Love that it sweeps and I can add the mopping accessories when I am ready. Wood floor so mopping is done when I am home as I remove/insert the attachments. I do not want a wet rag laying on my floor for hours. It is so soft on my furniture. It actually navigates on a pattern worth every penny for me.

> 24 hourFor the money, you can’t go wrong. It works pretty well for both vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t get stuck as often as I expected. As long as the dirt is aligned between the brushes it gets picked up. Wetting the mop cloth helps a lot. It’s inconsistent in negotiating rooms. It will successfully do a full clean without getting at stuck. The next day it will get stuck on something it had successfully negotiated the day before. It would be nice if you could control more with Alexa, or if she could relay the alerts. I don’t understand the point of the map, you can’t edit or use them at all. Overall it’s a great value, and it works well enough for what we need.

> 24 hourI LOVE this little vacuum. I bought it for myself as a Christmas present and have had it for about three months, and I really enjoy how much its cut down on my cleaning time. I am shocked every time I go to empty the bin by how much it picked up that I didnt even realize was on my floors. For a while it did get stuck trying to go under my couch, which is just slightly too low for it, but I put small risers on my couch legs because I wanted this guy to be able to clean under it, and now it has no problem there. The ONLY reason this doesnt get five stars is because Im not a fan of its mapping function. I really wish that it would learn your space and be able to create a routine so it always knows where to go, but it cleans different every time, and doesnt always navigate my apartment well without help. There are times that it gets stuck in a place that it navigated fine before. If the app created a better map of your space to guide the vacuum, this would be an easy five stars. Overall, I highly recommend this vacuum. Its fantastic being able to clean your floors while reading on the couch...its as close to having a cleaning person as I will likely ever get. For the price, this is a great purchase.

> 24 hourThe vacuum itself works really well and captures a lot of dust and dirt on my floors. It is very fun to watch moving around the house and obviously saves me time. The mop function works fairly well, but you are only supposed to put water in it. So it won’t get your floors as clean as you would with a product. When using the mop setting, I wish it would stay away from my rugs. There is a carpet boost setting, so that it goes to a higher suction power on carpet. This function should be used to recognize when the mop head is on to avoid areas that have carpet. It isn’t the smartest because it gets really obsessed with certain areas and doesn’t go to other areas of the home. The app could use some improvement as well. When you use manual to get the vacuum into a certain room and then switch to smart clean, it doesn’t still recognize the location of the charging station. Overall, I would still buy it again, but wish it was a little “smarter”. I got it on an Amazon prime day and I see now there is a $20 coupon making it even less than what I bought it for on Prime Day. That’s unfortunate also.
