> 24 hourGreat product especially for the price! It’s also comes with an app that you can download to control your robot when your away from home. It includes a remote as well with extra accessory add-ons for the robot. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourThis is the first robotic vacuum I bought; thoroughly research and decided to buy this one. We have a mid size dog and a cat; I was amazed at how much this vacuum picked up! When I received it I vacuumed first with the upright vacuum and then sent the robotic off and running. It picked up so much more even after vacuuming with the big vacuum. The instructions were very clear and includes an extra set of brushes and even a string cutter if something gets wrapped around the main brush. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because once in a while it gets stuck on the same path, going over and over the same strip of carpet. I can’t figure that one out, but heck, other than that it does a great job. Our house is quite large with two stories, and it saves me from having to lug the big vacuum up and down the stairs. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourFor the money, you can’t go wrong. It works pretty well for both vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t get stuck as often as I expected. As long as the dirt is aligned between the brushes it gets picked up. Wetting the mop cloth helps a lot. It’s inconsistent in negotiating rooms. It will successfully do a full clean without getting at stuck. The next day it will get stuck on something it had successfully negotiated the day before. It would be nice if you could control more with Alexa, or if she could relay the alerts. I don’t understand the point of the map, you can’t edit or use them at all. Overall it’s a great value, and it works well enough for what we need.

> 24 hourI have only owned normal roombas before this and I really wanted something that mopped or would at least help with the upkeep of my floors. We don’t wear shoes in the house but somehow the floors are always in need of a mopping. They are mostly wood and vinyl in the kitchen. Or cement in the basement. Pros: 1) noise: this is a quieter robot than all but 1 other I’ve tried 2) intelligent programming: the functions even on random do a much better/smarter job of floor coverage than other bots I’ve used especially mopping where it generally goes in back and forth rows to cover the whole space 3) gentle: it is less rough about bumping into furniture and walls and does a good job going around legs of furniture making a nice circle. (We called another robot Agrobot and bully bot because it would shove furniture around and literally took off a chunk of paint on the corner of my cabinetry) 4) water quantity: this got the floors damp but not wet which is very important for wood especially and I could walk on them again about 20 minutes later without leaving footprints in the mop job 5) mop pad: the mop pad is the width of the vacuum (which is also a decent width and not as small as other models more like a roomba size) so it has better coverage. 6) cleaning tool attached: it comes with a little tool to cut hair and things off the vacuum roller that fits in right next to the collection bin. This was a great design choice 7) extras: they included extra of the front sweeper brushes, a filter, magnetic stripping to keep it out or off certain areas and even a small pack of zip ties to help keep your wires out of the tikom’s path. Cons: 1) receptacle size: the size of the collection tray isn’t large better than some but smaller than a vacuum only bot. It is good that it more separated than the one model I tried so it stays dry. The design is easy to empty. The water section is also very small but I haven’t had an issue with it running out in the about 700ish square feet where I run it. 2) No cleaning liquid: you’re only supposed to put water in the mop and there isn’t any option for somewhere to add a cleaning solution. This is true across all the mopbots I’ve tried so I just spray my cleaning solution straight on the floor, but it is a convenience I hope will be available on future models. 3) Home: it’s not the worst or the best at getting back on its dock. This seems to be a design flaw in robot vacuum in general though. Maybe I need to anchor the charger somehow so it can’t move. 4) Mop pad attachment: I have a hard time trying to get the pads looped over the 3 front pieces and velcroed flat on the pad, but it seems to work with other non proprietary pads as well so I’m happy enough with it. Overall I would recommend you try this if you want a mopping vacuum boy.

> 24 hourThis vacuum/mop has changed my life. I have 3 dogs and 20 acres of land. They love to go outside and play and bring in dirt, leaves, mud etc. It does a great job on my hardwood floors and with the touch of a button it will clean up the messes they bring in allowing me to continue working. (Work from home) the vacuum feature seems to pick up everything from hard floors that’s been put in its way. Looks to also do a great job on the carpets as well but I still prefer to give them a regular vacuum every few days. My dogs do not shed much so I cannot speak for that. The mopping is great and allows you to regulate the amount of water it uses so they dry quite quickly as well. Would def recommend, especially at this price point.

> 24 hourIve had it about the month and I LOVED how quiet it was at the beginning and it does get louder and louder each time even with emptying and scrubbing after every vacuum BUT the vacuum mop combo for this price is so worth the sound!

> 24 hourThis is my first ever robot vacuum, so I was taking a chance with it with the good reviews it has. It definitely is easy to use. The app and the remote are easy to use, and the app is easy to connect to. The suction power is great. We use the normal suction power level and that picks up everything. It has a strong suction level but dont even have to use that! It is also pretty quiet too, and I like that it has a filter and pretty good size bin for what it picks up. I would give it 5 stars, but Ive found that you really have to work with it to make sure it doesnt suck up things you dont want it to if you put it in auto mode and leave it alone to vacuum, like wires, pet toys, rugs, etc. Sometimes it gets lost and you definitely have to create boundaries for it so it can run by itself without issue on automatic mode. I live in an apartment and do have many obstacles that it can run into, which it learns very quickly about. But it definitely takes a little bit of learning your house so it doesnt get stuck in places and learning the vacuum. Overall, 4/5 because Ive had to work through some tech issues with it. But I like that it gets to places I cant with my vacuum. So planning to keep it! Hope this helps anyone curious about this robot vacuum!
