> 24 hourI absolutely LOVE this household helper! We have two teens and three cats equaling LOTS of fur, crumbs and dirt. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with this purchase. I cannot believe how well it picked everything up. We have hard floors, but this little robot easily transitioned between are waterproof laminate and most of my throw rugs (the ones I didn’t think needed picking up before I ran it). When I emptied this little vacuum I could not believe the amount of junk in there. I ran it two days in a row and the second day it’s still picked up quite a bit that I couldn’t imagine would even be there. The suction power is fab, I paired it with Alexa, which rocks and it is VERY WUIET for a machine (unlike our dishwasher, microwave, AC and furnace units and washing machine. I then ran the mopping feature and this also did a much better job than I anticipated. It did not get up the sticky gunk but I just went and spot cleaned those per usual, no biggie. The microfiber mopping attachment cloth is easy to wash simply with water if you fold it in half “face to face” and scrub under running water. Set up was easy because if I can do it, anyone can! VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE! Will make me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my floors and home!

> 24 hourFor the money, you can’t go wrong. It works pretty well for both vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t get stuck as often as I expected. As long as the dirt is aligned between the brushes it gets picked up. Wetting the mop cloth helps a lot. It’s inconsistent in negotiating rooms. It will successfully do a full clean without getting at stuck. The next day it will get stuck on something it had successfully negotiated the day before. It would be nice if you could control more with Alexa, or if she could relay the alerts. I don’t understand the point of the map, you can’t edit or use them at all. Overall it’s a great value, and it works well enough for what we need.

> 24 hourIm so happy with this robot vacuum. Like most people, I had already heard of the iRobot Roomba, but was put off by the price and the overwhelming number of models currently on the market, some of which are $800! Madness. This TIKOM is a fantastic option for people looking for a quality product without breaking the bank. I have a 1-bed apartment with 2 cats, and this thing has completely changed my routine. No more vacuuming up litter and hair every morning, this handy thing just does it while I get ready for the day. I havent figured out how to get it to map the different rooms, but just using the automatic cleaning feature works just fine for me. Sometimes I use manual mode if Im in a rush and want it to focus on a particular area. Easy to empty the little dust compartment. The one thing Im not sure about is how to make the thing work if you are not at your house for a while, but someone else is. Can they download the app and use it? Not sure, need to find out. Im also not even sure if it DOES map rooms. But personally, I dont mind about that, I just wanted something that saved me manual labor, is reliable and works really well. This does all that in abundance. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourI’ve been using this vacuum for 3 months and I’m overall happy with how well it works. Pros: Suction is good and has multiple levels. Mop works and has multiple levels. Mapping seems to work well and i haven’t had an issue with it missing spots (even though it doesn’t look like it is following any sort of plan). Easy to remove hair from brush. Works on my low pile area rug, no issues going from wood floor to carpet. Cons: It does seem to get stuck on a lot more then my iRobot did. I believe it’s because it’s a bit smaller so it can fit under counters and then gets stuck. And it really tries to shove itself in places it doesn’t fit. Because it’s gets stuck fairly often I usually don’t run it when I’m not home. Battery life could be better. It’s not terrible. I wish the mop mode had some sort of carpet sensor, I have to block off the rug when mopping. Overall I would buy this again and I’m happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourIm so glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought one. Ive only had it for a few days and I already can tell an improvement in my mental health. No joke. I never realized how much looking at crumbs all day triggered me. Im a SAHM and very pregnant right now and I just needed this in my life. I did. My 4 year old sheds crumbs everywhere she goes. God love her, I dont know how she does it. Its like they just roll off her shoulders all day or something. That, plus two cats, means I was sweeping like 8 times a day. And then like an hour later, the floor looked gross again. It really stressed me out. I held off on buying one of these because I assumed we had too many obstacles and I would constantly have to go save it or do too much cleaning beforehand to make it worth it. But it does a good job considering all thats stacked against it. We have a 1200 square foot house filled with about 800 square feet of junk. Are there areas that it misses or gets confused about? YES. Do I occasionally have to save it? Also, yes. But it is still worth it. It successfully cleans about 90% of the house with little interference from me and the battery life is more than enough. Some things Ive learned. Location of the charger dock matters. We had trouble with it not going in one particular room, but once we moved the port, it did fine. Wet the mop pad beforehand and put it the Robot damp. Less streaky that way. Mop feature BTW is nothing to write home about, but is good for in between heavy duty hand mopping. App is good, love all the different modes.

> 24 hourWe don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

> 24 hourOverall i am happy with it I like that it goes left to right not a random route like my old one. i also like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. that was the selling point for me. It does good vacuuming and decent at mopping. i have laminate floors which i think is supposed to get the lowest water setting for mopping. I had to set it to the highest water setting to ever see a difference on the floors. which is not a big deal it just doesnt put out as much water as they expect i guess. Also one thing i dont like is if you press the home button before it decides that it needs to go home to charge, it doesnt know how to get home. it continues to do its route just with the suction turned off which is useless. As long as you let it run until the battery gets low then you will be fine. Just has been an issue for me. Also sometimes it runs into things kind of hard. not a gentle touch sometimes. All in all it does what its supposed to do. The app is how i control it and its decent not great. Cant beat the price for what it does.

> 24 hourAbout 6 months of use now and this has been my best vac yet. I have 2 other basic vac only robots. I really like this one because it does both mop and vac. Pretty much like all of my other VAX you have to make sure it doesn’t get caught up on a few things like cords or other large debris. I have a fairly large tiled area that this handles quite well. It will do spot cleaning, but I rarely use it for that. I find it’s best to do just regular maintenance at least once a day my floors are nice and clean without me, having to do it with a mop. When we get spills and other things like sticky stains, I pretty much will do that by hand. If you keep the mop clean, it will make your floors look nice and consistent. I utilize the app quite a bit and I like the information it provides on charge amount and approximate location, it even has a map feature. That kind of tells you what it’s done so far which I thought it was pretty cool. You can set three levels of vacuum strength, and also set water level or pressure that it releases. I have considered some other mopping options, but this does the trick for me, and I would definitely get another.
