> 3 dayHopefully, your Samsung SSD never has an issue. If it does and you attempt to deal with Samsung for support or warranty, I am pretty confident that you will regret your purchase.

Greater than one weekBought for my Series S. Must say this thing is awesome. 1TB is worth it. Don’t jump on a 2/4TB because same value. Your games will still load slow

> 3 dayI have several Samsung SSDs (NVMe and SATA) and theyve all been rock-solid with great performance (which is good given their consistently higher prices than Crucial and other brands). Their free Samsung Magician software makes it trivial to migrate your boot drive from an old Samsung SSD to a new one (but doesnt handle other manufacturers). However, for some reason, Samsung chose not to allow it to clone non-bootable data drives. This is an absolutely baffling omission. I had to do some research & eventually used AEOMI Backupper to clone the old drive to this new one. The new drive performs great and the Magician software is great for monitoring its health and performance. So we have 5 star hardware with 4 star software.

> 3 dayMy external HDD had failed, so I replaced it with this item. It is fast, and has given me NO trouble from the start.

Greater than one weekSpontaneous and complete failure. Randomly one day on startup my bios told me that failure was imminent. I then tried to access the drive to no avail. Now, its my fault for not having a recent backup, but that a two year old drive should fail so spectacularly is disgusting.
