This computer is just screaming fast with the SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB.

Popping this baby into my system and getting it up and running took no time at all. The longest part was cloning my old SSD onto this one, once it was ready it had no problems being recognized and booting up. The time from pressing the power button to being booted and ready to log in is about 12-14 seconds for me.

I recently purchased a refurbished Alienware M17 R3 notebook computer at an amazing price. This was the base model with the Radeon GPU and a single 256Gb SK Hynix branded PCIe NVMe M.2 2230 SSD. I love the fact that this particular notebook has three SSD drive ports (one 2230 and two 2280.) I realized that the stock 256GB SSD was over three quarters full after simply installing all my software so i decided to purchase a second SSD with the max supported capacity per drive of my M17 R3 SSD ports of 2Tb max.

The Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 500GB - M.2 NVMe card is a great upgrade for M.2 capable PCs. If you want to give your older PC a speed boost, and if your PC has the proper motherboard that has the card interface, it would be a nice upgrade. I migrated my WIN10 OS card, I also upgraded my DRAM and my old DELL XPS was brought back to life. It is speedy, it doesnt hang up when running my computer graphic programs. Great upgrade for the money!

Bought this and it never worked. I finally went and bought the exact same Thing from Best Buy and it worked immediately. This resolved my suspicion that the one from Amazon was broken/bunk/or a returned product that was just faulty.

It is not working, tried to connect to different PCs and it could not be found

....as expected
