Got it to upgrade my PC storage from 250gb. Was able to clone everything over to this one successfully.

Ive bought this ssd instead of my old (that died after shipping to another country) and I am totally happy with my purchase, nice product!

Never came with the screw to secure it down.

Its a pretty quick drive. Boots up in just a few seconds. Had to wipe it once because of a mobo issue, but so far it isnt too bad.

I purchased this as my old 1 TB Samsung 860 EVO SATA SSD was becoming full. Installing was a breeze as long as you have your motherboards M.2 screw. My motherboard required me to move the riser around to a shorter length then I screwed my M.2 screw into that to hold the drive in place. I used the open source software Clonezilla (everyone should avoid trial software like cancer) to easily clone my Windows 10 partition from my old SATA SSD to my new 2 TB NVMe 870 EVO Plus. I still had to extend the partition to show the full storage inside of Windows using disk management which was a simple process. To format my old SSD for full storage access, I had to use CMD diskpart to clean and convert gpt. This new 2TB NVMe is my primary drive and my other SATA SSD as storage for media work. It works great and Im glad there is a 5 year limited warranty.

Ive always been a fan of Crucial drives for their price, value and reliability, and have seen many overrated drives from WD and Seagate crash and burn since the 80s. So after seeing the benchmarks and reviews for Samsung drives, I decided to give this thing a try, All I can say is wow, the hype about them is spot on, this thing is super fast, super accurate, of very high quality and hopefully will last as long as a couple of my 10 year old Crucial drives.

I love my Samsung EVO Plus SSD. I can store so many things and access them so fastly. Its amazing how fastly I can storage.

I bought this since i was building a new pc and it was well worth it. My computer turns on very fast and everything loads fast. What more could you want. I bought the 500gb since i dont need that much space.
