i cant beleive i paid 175 dollars for a total piece of crap..doesnt grab internet ,crappy quality..just a absolute crappy product..DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM..not to mention it takes over 7 hours for it to charge up even 50 percent...this is beyond a crappy product.

While I love the Samsung tablets and have ordered many over the years, the latest one purchased just this past June, doesn’t hold a charge. It does not fully charge over night and within an hour the battery is completely dead. It has to be played while plugged in which is neither convenient nor practical.

Bought the tablet about 15 months ago. The performance met my needs. About 2 months ago I noticed that the back is separating from the screen in one corner and is loose. Now about a week ago battery performance has reduced significantly. I have to charge it about every 3 days instead of every 7 or more days. For my needs Ill by another device.

having issues with the touch screen not responding and programs not closing completely..kind of a pain. I had multiple kindles before and wanted to try a tablet...will go back to kindle.

Has a large display screen and isn’t hard to use. Set up was quick and the graphics are excellent a sharp clear screen. I had an older Samsung Galaxy so I was familiar with the format and operation of how to navigate. Recomend this for elderly or anyone else.

Im a Samsung guy, but this tablet just didnt work for me. I wasnt putting it though very tough demands but it couldnt keep up. Simple tasks like opening apps made it crash. Everything was always noticeably delayed. If you need something to just play music in the background on shuffle - this is it. Otherwise, I suggest paying a little more.
