Died 1 month after being able to return. Cant look up serial number to check manufacturers warranty due to the fact that it needs to be powered on first. Hoping for a response by the manufacturer Ive tried the tricks of of holding the power button and volumn down for a while. my charger works with other devices. the port is clean.

I like the size because it makes the tablet easier to handle

Full disclosure, its possible that I just have a defective tablet. Regardless, Im annoyed.

This is the 2d Galaxy A tablet (My wife and I each purchased one). We use these to play some games, stream videos, do on-line shopping, internet browsing, and video calls with our granddaughter. My wife also uses hers for on-line banking. While not a powerhouse tablet, for general usage these are an excellent value. Although I prefer the amoled screen from my old Galaxy S2 tablet, the FHD 10.5 screen is sharp and colorful. The build is very nice for the price and there is plenty enough horsepower for general everyday use.

It didnt work I had to send it back

Tablet has no sound on Messenger calls. Asked Amazon to help and was told we would have to contact Samsung.

This tablet has not let me down, its the third one I bought. I bought one for my husband one for my granddaughter and now my old tablet which was from Verizon finally died on me I bought one for myself. I have no issues with any of my Samsung tablets. And I love my new one
