Tablet itself is great. Delivery time was very slow. I ended up needing 2 of these for Christmas presents and bought the second one from Sams Club for the same price and it arrived in half the time.

Ive had a Tab a since 2016 & decided to get a new one. I purchased it on black Friday last month but, waited to receive the case to set it up. You had to hold the button for 20 or so seconds to turn on, the tablet would not charge, the main screen would shut off in two seconds, etc...... I spent hours trying and finally gave up. Then I had to erase the unit, which took forever, as it kept shutting off. Although Im very disappointed, at least the Amazon return policy works out great.

Great entry-level tablet with awesome battery life. Screen does display blurry text when streaming videos at times.

The minute I turned on the tablet the storage showed 41% full. Without apps,files,photos. 6 apps totally filled storage such that it wouldnt even do updates. Waste of money!!

Doesnt hold a charge. Has a very delayed turn on. Only used it several times. Its still brand new used it about 10 times

I would suggest one with more than 64 GB. The system requirements and preloaded apps uses A LOT of the storage!!! I wish I could delete most of the preloaded apps, I dont need nor want them. If you use a lot of apps, documents or a lot of pictures the constant updates will consume your storage rather quickly. Ive only had mine for about a month, and have a very few apps loaded, but I only have 19.9 GB left out of 64 GB. But it does have some better features than my last one.

Great product.

First it takes a long time to boot up..like 3 minutes Second it take 5 hours to recharge from a completely drained battery*that is ridicules. It does not have the option to connect to a external monitor nor a TV even if you buy the HDMI to USB C cable, and even if you down load the rip Dex app that samsung recommends. It does not come with Smart View app too so useless for projecting to a larger screen. Dont buy it

Got it for my wife who has arthritic hands and has using her phone for searching. This tablet has made things so much easier for her. It is fast, powerful with nice graphics. Well worth the excellent price.
