It over heats and shuts off on carpet mats. Will not pick up fine dog hair unless you go slow and over the carpet 3 or 4 times And its supposed to be a pet vacuum??? Maybe if you have a gerbil! Returning... and I Love Samsung products, just not this one!

After trying several cordless stick vacuums we finally found one that works great. Easy to put together and great suction.

Lightweight and maneuverable, I vacuum more now because of this, which is a good thing. Not very powerful, but good enough, it wont replace my main vacuum altogether. The battery never lasts an hour, so wish I had a spare, and it wont wall mount because I have dado rails, so thats a poor design. Overall, I would recommend because I find I pick it up more often that a regular vac, that means my house will be cleaner as a result.

Vacuum is great for carpet and couches and even blankets. Gets animal hair up. If you have long hair you will have to cut it out of the bottom each use. Hardwood flooring is where it lacks. Does ok but not as good as I thought. Even on Max suction is does have a hard time even picking up kitty litter.

I reviewed Amazons reviewers takes on portable vacs like Dysons, Sharks and even a well-rated Chinese made brand...and decided with Samsungs reviewers to go with this vac. Im happy with it.
