> 3 dayThis is a perfect vacuum for a pet family, the noise of this vacuum is way lower than Dyson V10 even in the max power mode. Strongly recommend

> 3 dayPurchased this to replace a Dyson V7 Animal. Wife can do the whole house with one charge, switching between hi and med. With 2 small dogs there seems to be an endless supply of hair and the Samsung gets it all. She normally runs it twice a day and has yet to run out of battery power.

> 3 dayGreat for quick cleanups on dust and pet hair on tile and hardwood flooring. Wheel brush can sometimes clog but easily removable for cleaning. Good on throw rugs not on carpets

> 3 daythis thing is a lifesaver! One of my friends has one similar, and she loves it, so I took a chance and bought this one. It’s the best ever gets rid of the tumbleweeds in my house from having more furry pets than I need I really love it! It’s easy to use. I have it hanging on the wall. It’s easy to empty. It’s a win-win.

> 3 dayThe suction is good but doesn’t want to work on my entryway rug. The brush stops spinning and a warning light comes on. It also does not want to stand on its own. For the cost of this thing you would thing they would have a better design. Lastly….. the wall mount does not have a home for the smaller brush. Again should be a better design for the cost.

> 3 dayWe bought this new from Amazon directly, but Samsung has clearly repackaged this model, omitting a key part: the $19.99 Combination Tool (brush tool). Its shown in pics, and listed as part of the vacuum (not an accessory) right on page 1 of the Owners Manual (see image). We called the day we got this (12-14-22) and were promised a replacement tool in 10 days. We called 27 days later,on Jan 9, 2023, and again a 2nd Support rep promised to send us this key missing part. Inexplicably, today, 24 hours later, I got an odd text from Samsung saying they could not fulfill the replacement part request and they were cancelling it! They suggested I call J& J International and BUY one instead! Of course, I dont even have the Samsung part number at this point! And, on principle, I refuse to fork over $20 more. I was really hacked. Called Samsung a 3rd time. Another 45 minutes on the phone. A 3rd Ticket opened. A 3rd promise for them to maybe send me a $19.99 Combination Tool for the missing one from my Pet 75. I did find this tool finally by Googling Samsung Pet 75 Combination Tool. It pops right up on the Samsung website. You can order it. But why? Its supposed to be included. Without this tool, theres no way to vacuum drapes, curtains, blinds, clothes, car seats. A brush is a necessity. FWIW, the battery is pretty small. Youll have to drop another $100 to get the larger spare Samsung battery. So, add $100 to the price as they included the smaller battery. It last about 15 minutes. This vacuum has lots of suction. My wife really likes it. Me, I was ready to return it on Day One (12-14-22), when I found the brush tool was missing. She wants me to give Samsung a 3rd chance to fix this. What is also strange is the wall bracket has a mounting ring for this combination tool to attach to that doesnt accomodate the other small turbo brush, plus the manual shows this brush in it pictorially, and doesnt show it as an optional accessory. Were not sure what Samsung product design department was thinking, as this omission is baffling every customer. It seems like the marketing group REPACKAGED the Pet 75 to lower the cost, and omitted the brush to save a few bucks, forgetting its listed in the manual as standard (not optional) equipment. Thats a deceptive and unfair trade practice, illegal in most states. To be crystal clear, Ive called SAMSUNG Support three times over a missing $20 brush tool in the past month. And, twice my replacement orders were cancelled mysteriously with no notice or callback. Ive now wasted three hours on this, and I still dont have this part as I rewrite this review on 01-11-23. I shouldve insisted on returning it on day one.

Greater than one weekPros: Love how lightweight and easy to clean it is. Makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze. Cons: On the Jet setting, the rollers often get clogged and the battery only lasts 15 minutes

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum. It is sturdy and has a Turbo unction mode that is really strong. Much better than Shark vacuums that continue to break,

> 3 dayNot what I expected for a $300 vacuum cleaner. it seems to perform the same as the $30 vacuum we had before. I wish that it maneuvered a little bit better. I feel like I have to vacuum on max suction setting always to feel like anything gets clean. However, the dustbin does fill up so it is picking up stuff. The button on the dustbin broke about a month into use and I called in the warranty, and Samsung is shipping me a replacement dustbin. Also, our last cordless vacuum cleaner had lights on it and I really miss that feature. I can vacuum my entire house which is 2000 ft.² on a single charge. Also, if you have rugs from the brand rugable, the washable rugs. You cannot use this vacuum cleaner on them even on the lowest suction, it won’t work. It acts like it’s jammed, and the brush stop spinning. And lastly, it took some getting used to to be able to remove the dust bin and empty it and put it back. It’s very difficult to handle and I don’t believe it clicks into place or makes any sound when you’ve put it back together properly.
