Mine didnt come with a combination tool. Please advise.

Bought this unit on sale before Christmas as a gift for me and my wife. Used it maybe 15 times and the roller stopped rolling. The way it is designed you cannot take the roller off and service it yourself if anything gets wrapped up on the other side of the motor. Reached out to samsung they want the whole unit mailed to them for service so shipping will probably cost almost as much as paid for the vacuum. Since it was purchased before Christmas it is too late to return it. AVOID samsung appliances. Electronics are fine, but appliances are a rip off

Suction was okay, but after the first use the vacuum head snapped off while I was looking at how to unload the canister. Its now dangling by a wire. If Its this easy to break with me gently using it, it doesnt stand a chance of surviving a family with kids.

Not what I expected for a $300 vacuum cleaner. it seems to perform the same as the $30 vacuum we had before. I wish that it maneuvered a little bit better. I feel like I have to vacuum on max suction setting always to feel like anything gets clean. However, the dustbin does fill up so it is picking up stuff. The button on the dustbin broke about a month into use and I called in the warranty, and Samsung is shipping me a replacement dustbin. Also, our last cordless vacuum cleaner had lights on it and I really miss that feature. I can vacuum my entire house which is 2000 ft.² on a single charge. Also, if you have rugs from the brand rugable, the washable rugs. You cannot use this vacuum cleaner on them even on the lowest suction, it won’t work. It acts like it’s jammed, and the brush stop spinning. And lastly, it took some getting used to to be able to remove the dust bin and empty it and put it back. It’s very difficult to handle and I don’t believe it clicks into place or makes any sound when you’ve put it back together properly.

Our floors have never been so clean because this thing is so light weight and easy to use that my 4 year old is obsessed with vacuuming, so our floors get done several times a day. Great suction for a cordless. We have a cat and Labrador, so shedding happens regularly and this does a great job of picking up the hair on my short pile area rugs, tile, and hardwood. The battery life lasts about 30-40 minutes on max power setting. I don’t know that I would completely replace my traditional Dyson with it, because, while suction is awesome for a cordless, it doesn’t do the same quality job on carpet as my traditional upright. But, we love this for what it is and it serves as a perfect secondary vacuum for lighter daily cleaning, cleaning up after my kids eat, and vacuuming stairs/furniture.

This is a perfect vacuum for a pet family, the noise of this vacuum is way lower than Dyson V10 even in the max power mode. Strongly recommend

This vaccuum is lightweight, easy to maneuver and picks up well. It is a little tricky to remove and replace the waste bin.

Our house is almost all hardwood floors and this guy does the trick. I keep it on low for everything and I can get thru the first floor with ease on battery. It doesnt suck up huge items like dog food easily, and I use the turbo feature for floor mats and rugs. The low setting isnt powerful enough for them. My only complaint is it is a bit cumbersome to put the container back on the unit. It doesnt line up great and also seems to take a try or two.

This was purchased on a Black Friday special for my office, but after using it, we decided to move our 2 year old Dyson to the office and keep this one at home. Battery life is top notch as is suction. My only critique is the dust cup is a bit cumbersome to operate and clean out.

I tried 2 stick vacs and returning them because they were not adequate until I finally got the Samsung. Hardwood floors, 2 dogs and this vac will clean the whole house on 1 charge. Very impressed with the filter and the amount of fine dust and dander that gets removed.the only thing that I don’t like is purchasing the attachments separately. Better than both of the Chinese knockoffs and Dyson I bought and returned before getting the Samsung
