> 3 dayDoes everything I expected it to, but boy its fast. Part of this is being used to slower drives perhaps, but I was very impressed with the speed and capacity for the price. Quite lightweight too and with an aluminum case it is easy to carry. I am using it for dashcam and sentry cam video recording (Tesla) and it is working brilliantly.

> 3 dayI have a Samsung laptop that is now 10 years old and Im worried it could die at any day. It works fine but I notice that now when it goes to sleep the ON button takes several tries before restarting or waking up the computer. With the price of computers so high due to COVID-19, I dont want to buy a new computer just yet. Not only that but this laptop has alot of power and memory even among todays computers. By using this external drive for all my storage, I dont have to worry about losing all my files in the event that my computer dies someday. The transition is very smooth. I had partitioned my computer already for my executable files and my user files so this external drive is just another partition as far a Im concerned and the speed is great.

> 3 dayIve used this ssd for about 3 months. As other reviews suggest, it does get warm and or occasions hot during data transfer and backup. As a consequence of this heating, the data transfer speed slows down, so you never really experience the full speed of USB 3.2. My experience suggest that it is no different to my USB3.1 ssd (not T5). I only bought this instead of T5, because T7 was actually cheaper on black friday sale.

> 3 dayIt’s a fast drive that’s basically credit card sized. You can’t beat it. So compact and great for a working drive for editing video. I don’t really use it for long term storage but it works well as my photo and video editing drive.
