Very easy to use. It holds an enormous amount of data. The wife wants one but they are too expensive to purchase another.

Not heavy at all.Really light weight and small can fit in your pocket, purse, pencil case. A little bigger than a credit card(L-W). I’m not using it for gaming so I can’t say but I’m saving lot of files and it’s good for.

I love how smooth this can fit in my pocket. Good for travel, and very secure.

I got it because it’s the same color red as the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook. Only “gotcha” is their directions are incorrect. The drive has installers for Mac and Windows and a readme file for Android that refers you to an SSD app for the T5. After several people reported back that the app does not work for the T7 I guess Samsung finally updated the description to point that out. So far I have not seen any need for any special app - you plug it in and it works.

Fantastic drive. I bought it for use as my active media drive for video editing. Of course you dont get quite the advertised read/write speeds, but my tests have been in line with expected real world speeds, around 750-800 MBps via USB-C. It might seem like a little thing, but the inclusion of both USB-A and USB-C cables is a huge plus for me, as I can use the drive with my older laptop as well as my brand new workstation. And while portability isnt my primary concern, its nice knowing I can confidently toss this drive in my laptop bag.

With my new Model 3, this SSD is perfect to use for the Dash Cam recordings. You will never need to worry about storage once you purchase this. The read/write speeds are exactly what you will want.

SSD continues to work fine, but was leaking white waxy material after 1 year of use. Some searches online revealed that the case has an encapsulated Phase Change Material (ePCM) and it likely leaked while under heavy load. There are YouTube videos and Reddit posts of similar experiences. Still works fine, though its concerning. A fast drive and I still generally recommend it; ordered a 2TB version, will focus more on cooling as I request warranty service.

Worked well when connected as an external drive - backed up 400+ Gbytes in just a few minutes. Couldnt get the included app to work, which was unnecessary for my usages.
