Says instant, though I added the recommended amount when my ammonia is at 0.50 PPM, and waited 15 minutes, tested and the ammonia was exactly the same. Added a bit more, waited 10 minutes, tested, and it was still the same.

Shipping was fast! As for the product, I used prime conditioner before and already knew what to expect.

Good product

For years Ive used Tetra products, Aqua safe and easy balance. I never thought one drop of this prime in my 55 Gallon tank would make a healthy tank and keep it crystal clear but it does. It smells lololol but doesnt make my tank smell. Its concentrated so your bottle will really last a long time. Putting a picture of my tank which is way over due for water change and cleaning yet doubt youd be able to tell. All thanks to Prime!
