Excellent product, it does exactly what it says. I started noticing some complaints from people using Aquasafe by Tetra, so I did a water test and noticed that some things were running a bit high after doing a partial water swap, especially ammonia. I decided to try out Seachem Prime instead and have been very pleased, all of my tests have been perfect ever since I started using it. This bottle will also last much longer than any other like it, as just one capful is good for 50 gallons.

Great product line, does what iits advertised to do

From Cichlids to Fancy Goldfish Ive been keeping fish for 30+ years.Just about every major manufacture and boutique specialty company has a water conditioning and treatment product.I cant say Ive tried them all, but close too it. Some products have at the least, minimal effectiveness while others can be potentially dangerous.

This is a must for people who keep aquariums. I use the cup included with pediatric medicines to easily measure the dosage. Its helped keep my five tanks healthy for over a decade (and regular water changes, of course).

I’ve been recommended prime as being the best of the best for treating and maintaining safe water for my fish. Less expensive here but petco will always price match if you are in need of it immediately.

Really liked this product. I added neon tetra to my new aquarium before it had gone through the nitrogen cycle. With the use of this product, toxcity was minimized and all my fish survived. My aquarium is now completely cycled.

As any aquarium hobbyist will tell you, this is the best water conditioner out there. It detoxes tap water and neutralizes ammonia in emergencies. Additionally, it is so concentrated that it will last a LONG time. One side note, since it neutralizes ammonia, if you are using a startup bacteria supplement, you will need to wait 24 hours after detoxing the water before adding the supplement.

Wonderful product! I use this as the primary de-chlorinator for our 40 Breeder tank. Alternately I use API Stress Coat for rinse water after bleaching rocks/plants - the API Stress Coat is about half the price and I can really dose the rinse water to ensure that rocks/plants are chlorine-free before putting them back in the aquarium. Seachem Prime is what I reach for when I do regular water changes, however. Great product, and a staple in my aquarium supplies.
