18-12-2024Drive fails to spin up after only a few months. Installed on my PS4 Pro in January, installed a bunch of games. After a few weeks, every time I would turn on my PS4 Pro it would say that the drive had been disconnected improperly and would repair the file system. Within 3-6 months, the drive has become completely unusable. The blue LED lights up, but the drive will not spin up 99% of the time. I have to keep manually disconnecting the USB cable and reconnecting it until the drive will spin up, although now it never spins up.
