Got this product few months ago work great In the beginning about a month ago I started noticing some issues with my playstation wasnt loading the unit kept telling me To reconfigure the unit did that multiple times all of a sudden my playstation started freezing ended up unplugging the unit playstation works fine would like to see what customer service can do with that If the problem gets resolved I will change my opinion one star.

This is a very good drive. I have 2 that I use on my ps3 and ps 4.

this is a really amazing product to have for owners of ps4s and ps5 owners who have a lot of ps4 games and don’t want to delete them to play others its also has a good amount of storage the only problem i could find was when i’d lose power it would turn off the console which also turned off the hard drive unsafely which could affect your games your hard drive.

Was tired of constantly deleting games to make room for new ones on my PS4. I have a few hundred PS4 games and it became a task. I honestly may pick up a few more of these in the near future
