> 3 dayI dont like how these only work with Alexa and its not easy to get programed...but also, Im a little technology challenged sometimes. But the ones Ive got to use with Geeni work much easier.

> 3 dayI have 2 mechanically controlled Window A/C units. With the plugs I can remotely turn them on before going out to work in my garage. I did get one that would not function. The manufacturer sent me replacements immediately with out hesitation and without going through Amazon.

> 3 dayI received my 4 pack of smart plugs and set the first one up with no problem. When I tried to set the second one up, the button on the top was broken. I emailed customer service and got a response 12 minutes later from Darren. After providing purchase information, I then worked with Dianna and was sent a replaced right away. It arrived just 3 days later and worked as it should. Dianna even followed up with me to make sure I received the replacement and that it worked. I am happy with the product and especially happy with the customer service. Would highly recommend!

> 3 dayGet the 4 pack. First one set up quick and easy. The other 3 for some reason decided to not want to work so well. After giving up the first night and trying again the 2nd day, they finally started showing up in the setup process. No problems since then.

> 3 dayThese are a little bigger than I thought but work perfectly for the Christmas lights and the timer setting comes in handy. Only draw back is you have to download the hbn app, they dont connect to Alexa without doing that 1st. Other brands I have been able to connect with Alexa with adding another app to my phone. But needed if you want to use the timer option.

> 3 dayThe only issue I had is my phone wouldnt scan the tiny qr code on the back- I looked at these reviews though and someone mentioned the name of the app you need (HBN Smart). It took me two minutes to set it up and provided hours of entertainment turning the lamp on my husbands side of the couch off and on. We cant wait to have friends over so I can mess with them too

> 3 dayIt works with Alexa, however, youll need to download and register for an account in another app. So actually, Alexa does not directly control the plug; Alexa integrates with your third-party account to control the plug,. Im not a big fan of needing another app to set it up, but it works. After its set up, you can delete the Kasa app if desired and it still works with Alexa.

Greater than one weekSo much better than the old style timers where you had to pull out pins to set it. Needs a WIFI connection. Difficult to program/get connected to.

> 3 dayI used them for Christmas tree lights and around fireplace and in the movie room. I enjoy the ability to program start and stop time. The app function is cool too. Gives users the ability to make changes to auto schedules.
