J’adore le format ! Je l’utilise pour la gouache et c’est un très bon papier. Je préfère le HP mais c’est plutôt rare. Il buckle un peu, mais ça ne me dérange pas … Ce qui me dérange c’est qu’il be reste pas à plat. Si vous faites du plein air ça va pas … c’est un critère très important pour ce genre de sketchbook …

I like the quality of this book. The cover has a nice soft feel to it, the binding is tight and professional quality, and i love the toned paper as a normal substrate in my arsenal. I wouldnt recommend any media that is more wet than an acrylic paint marker. I use Microns and Montana Paint Markers on this paper with no issues. It will definitely make a nice gift to someone once finished.

These beautifully stitch-bound journals give an artist the feeling of using a fine art journal! It handles a good water soluble bath with little to no warping and is wonderful for pen and ink work!

I actually really like this product, but the images online are very misleading. In the picture, it looks like a brown hardcover (which is what I was looking for) but in fact, its not. It is a black hardcover. I dont mind either, but I would have preferred brown. Just be aware in case you are looking particularly for a brown cover. Besides that, the quality of this product is absolutely amazing and I havent had any issues using different types of media. Ive used watercolor, markers, highlighters, ink, etc. and nothing bleeds through, which is a godsend! Perfect gift for yourself or any of your art friends!

Of all the college supplies in my daughters box, *this* was the one she grabbed and wouldnt put down. She loves this sketch book (and has had in the past and carried everywhere to take class notes, draw and create -- and create drawings *from* class notes!). The pages are thick and smooth, the binding is strong. Its really a treasure to have all of those wonderful creations bound together!

All around, this is a good art book. I have only two complaints: (a) it doesnt lay flat, and (b) the paper is a bit more textured that I would like. Otherwise, its great for pen work (no bleed through).

Fantastic cover and wonderful colored paper. Great tone for white highlights. I carry this with me everywhere. Paper quality is good but heavy inks and marker will bleed through.
