I recently took up watercolor painting and thought it would be fun to make my own greeting cards for birthdays etc. This was my first one in the photo, and its pretty easy to fill this space with something pretty. I thought that the paper weight was good. I did not put a ton of water on the paper but it did hold up well. The inside and outside are the same so you could paint something inside too. I just used a marker to write my message inside but in the future might paint a little something inside and out, or even on the back. The envelopes are just standard. It would be nice if they were colored, but I can live with white envelopes. I might try some different sizes next time. I just got a set of 10 of these to see how I would like them and I really love them. Thanks for reading my review

Bought these blank cards for my mom, who is 91 years old and loves to paint. She hand paints cards for notes and letters to family. Everyone loves and treasures her cards! Will be buying more for her soon!

These are great cards for watercolor art. Sometimes they may warp a bit but you can avoid this with some painters tape or storing it under a heavy book for a day. They are just the right size and I love the way they hold water and color!

I print directly on this card stock and also laminate the cover with small print. Both methods work very well for unique, individual hand made cards.

Used for holiday cards and metallic watercolors. White gel pens don’t work super well on this particular paper.

Watercolors, even very wet washes, work very well on them. Not as good quality as my Arches watercolor paper, but not bad. They will accept some scrubbing, but fibers lift and make lifted passages look a bit muddy. However, if you get in and get out without to much overworking, theyre fine. The 100% rag, cold pressed surface is nice to work on, and having them all cut and scored for folding is really handy.

I use these cards over medium weight tear away stabilizer to embroider occasion-specific designs on personalized greeting cards. They work beautifully on digitized designs in my Solaris embroidery sewing machine. A titanium-coated needle works best as writing through paper can dull needles.

This is my favorite thing to paint with watercolors. I use these all the time and LOVE that theyre little post cards. The only downside is I go through 15 pretty quick but other than that I loveee these

This was so much fun and I am going to buy another pack! After completing a watercolor greeting postcard I lightly spray a waterproof surface and everyone enjoys getting something personal in the mail! Great for kids to use to.

I really like the product. In my view there is nothing like sending out a hand made card for just about any reason. This product makes it easy. I like to tape them down which gives you a nice border. The 140lb weight paper holds-up even wet on wet. Line and wash is also great with this grade of paper. Hey I can mess up a card and cut a replacement or use Hot press paper if needed and having a envolope the correct size is great. I use them often Im just learning but you done need a masterpiece to put a smile on someones face with an original hand painted card. I love this product and will be thinking about Christmas cards soon. Im having fun and this product meets my needs.
