21-04-2025I really enjoyed receiving these blank watercolor paper cards with envelopes. During the pandemic, Ive enjoyed painting and giving cards. I only wish the box had come with a lid, to keep the cards dust-free on my art shelf.

> 3 dayIts a great version of an old idea. I remember a time when dropping a postcard in the mail was the in thing to do. Perhaps its time to see if my high school art teacher was correct about my talent. I heard a world class watercolor artist tell a class get down the basics and paint a hundred pieces and youll become an artist. Then there was the guy who painted stamps on his letters home and to friends for years.... Think Im gonna order a few more pads, and maybe some thin brushes.... Oh, and a jewelers glasses, a back pillow, big bottle of asprin. Yean, a lighted magnifying glass... Lets see, and a crate of the Strathmore pads.... thats the ticket... A hundred picture (PERFECT) stamps, eh, postcards and Im an artist. Neat (Gotta remember no returned addresses & sign with an X).

> 3 dayJust the thing for watercolors and acrylic paints/acrylic gouache. Also did mixed media collages and the paper held up well. Wouldnt reccomend using modge podge on these bc it tends to curl the paper. For acrylic, collages, and colored pencil, I sealed my designs with acrylic medium and a gloss varnish and the paper was fine- didnt buckle. The paper was fine for watercolor paintings. I also used colored pencils with that and it looked great. Easy to use. Probably cheaper to cut your own postcards, but these are very convenient to use!

> 3 dayIf you are decorating these cards by hand or have print capability for 7”x10” (unfolded) 80# card stock, I can recommend the cards themselves. They are quite nice! However, the envelopes are quite thin (will show contents) and badly glued (warping on glue lines + not much glue on closure). I ended up sourcing other envelopes the Amazon in a medium blue w/ peel’n stick closing. Still totaled about $0.65 per set before decorating, and these are for a low budget, large guest list wedding!
