> 3 dayOkay so let’s get the pros out of the way. Pros: -hard shell case -slim design -plenty of sheets and 2 sponges -brush storage -instruction to get started if you are a beginner Cons Okay there are only 2 problems that this product has. Not a deal breaker, but needs fixed to be the best product on the market. 1. Sponge an sheets are different sizes. Now the is more of an annoyance then anything, but has been an issue. The sheets are the same size as the interior of the pallet but the sponge is about 1/2smaller. The problem this causes is the edges of the sheets. They begin to curl inward as you paint. But a little extra water to the point there is standing water fixes this. What needs to be done is to either make the sponge the same dimensions as the sheets or the sheets a bit smaller then the sponge. 2. The case is not sealed 100% again nothing game breaking, but over time it will dry out event closed. What I would like to see is a rubber gasket going around the under side of the brush tray and with the included bad, this will fix the issue. Other then that. It a great product. Just needs a bit of tweaking.

Greater than one weekExcellent aesthetically, but lukewarm design effort. Dont get me wrong, it works as a wet palette but leaves a couple things to be desired. First, the palette doesnt seal. You read that correctly...it doesnt seal. Its held closed with an elastic strap. Not a problem, but it has no rubberized seal to keep the water from rapidly evaporating and the paint from rapidly drying out. Somewhat of an easy fix: stretch a piece of plastic wrap over the paint/wet chamber before closing the top and strapping it shut. The question is...why should I have to? Bargain store plastic ware can achieve an almost airtight seal on a sandwich box at a cost of pennies. Why not here?? Second, the brush holders, conveniently located inside the palette itself, dont hold brushes in place; unless, of course, they are the Army Painter triangle-handled brushes, and even then mine slip and slide. Not cool, especially if I want to securely carry my W&N #7s. Easy fix: stick a piece of soft foam across the inside of the lid. But theres that nagging question again, Why should I have to? Positives? Yep. Looks cool! When in use, functions great as a wet palette. Great size. Easy to use. Ill continue to use it, but it sure could use a couple of upgrades.

> 3 dayWorked on her last night. She was a ‘cultist’ originally formed with a staff, but having lost it in transit I decided to paint her as a druid. Her clothes colors were from other sets, but the Army Painter Warpaints ‘Tanned Flesh’ was perfect for her face! The sunkissed quality it lends this is so spot on! As but a beginning mini painter, I can already see a long and happy future relationship developing with this paint manufacturer. Thank you!!

Greater than one weekDefinitely helps the paint stay fresh much longer. One detail was that the paper sheets are smaller than the sponge, so its easy to accidentally get paint on the sponge towards the edges

> 3 dayI tried my own home made wet palette, but it was nothing compared to this. It keeps the paints wet and with a little work helps thin them to the right amount

> 3 dayGood for starting, but not big enough when you get into mixing/blending/glazing colors on your minis.

> 3 dayThis wet palette kept my paints wet for 5-6 hours while out, and kept them reusable when placed in my fridge for up to two days. No mold either! Be careful not to leave the palette out and open for several hours however, as the water in the palette will dry up causing your paints to dry as well.
