My sons original drive was corrupted after an update during Covid. We could not get repairs from Sony and were able to purchase this drive so he could play some games. It doesnt hold too many at once and after awhile he had to delete to add but it works well. We are now upgrading to the Terabyte.

Works great. Cant go wrong with Western Digital. This HDD is advertised for Playstation but will also work for laptops or any other device that takes a 2.5 drive w/ sata port. Party bonus: ordered a blue, received a black. 5 stars for going above and beyond.

This product was easy to install even though it was a little expensive. It works for my ps4 so It is fine.

Better than other available HDD in the market

Bought this to upgrade the kids PS3 from 12GB to 500GB. It was SUPER easy to install and the kids are thrilled they can add more games to the playstation now without having to delete the old stuff!! Much cheaper than buying a new gaming system.

Perfect buy

This was a great option for my ps4 slim, it was cheap and effective. I highly recommend getting one of these if you need to replace your HDD.
