its Gouache what more can i say

Item came exactly as described was a little smaller than I thought but still works well good white wash stays on paper really well love it from my watercolors

Just started using Gouache white for ocean scenes. It really puts a pop of white onto waves and breaking surf. Because of the density of the paint, you can put it on last and dot bits of foam in the air of the breaking waves. The color is dense if you use it with little or no water. You can water it down a bit but it remains more opaque than other non-gouache water colors. I love using Windsor & Newton paints. The quality is evident in the finished product.

The gouache came separated (the pigment was completely separate from the binder) and smelled like paint thinner. It was incredibly thin even after being mixed back together. I almost wonder if this is even real gouache or if this was a fake listing.

Perfect paint as advertised and delivered on time.

Used for calligraphy. I’ve been a calligrapher for 40 years, 15 of them professionally and I can honestly say that ALL Windsor Newton PRODUCTS are first rate.

Bright white, tons of pigment

Nice for what I intended to use it for. Price rather high for amount.
