> 3 dayWorks absolutely amazing. I set up in 10 minutes. Its so simple. I have 4 outdoor lights i ran to the front of my house using a 150 foot extention cord, i plugged the end into the WiOn yard stake and bingo now my lights go onnand off with the push of a button on my phone or with the timer which is equally as easy to set up. A must buy! The app is amazingly simple and works great.

> 3 dayI thought this was just an outdoor post for my lights - then I read the box and realize I can use this from my phone. Set a timer, activate and deactivate. A welcome surprise and it will become heavily used.

> 3 dayThis thing is a piece of junk. It won’t reliably connect to my WiFi, even though I know my WiFi works well. I have the WiOn single outdoor plug, and it works great. This item though loses connection once you are about 10 feet away. I tried 3 separate units, thinking maybe I got a couple of duds, but each time it would not work as advertised, or at all. I am hoping I can get my money back for the one I did not open right away, and whose return window closed before I could test it out. If you want a reliable WiFi switch, use their single outdoor plug product.

> 3 dayThe device itself works great. The app is a little clunky, but it works.

> 3 dayThese were perfect additions to our connected home. We bought two and theyre used for Christmas lights each year. They are the furthest connected devices from our router and they still work perfectly every time. I just hope the stakes last. Its been two years since weve bought them so theyve only been put in the ground twice. Otherwise, the signal and functionality are great! The app is ok. Its great that these are Alexa enabled. We have them in a routine called Christmas Lights and everything just works.

> 3 dayI gave this three stars because I just purchased it so I dont know how durable this product is. But the concept in the design is solid. The problem I had was during set up. I live in Buffalo New York and for whatever reason when I put in my ZIP Code and I only found this by accident after two hours of trying I kept getting setting error! Please try again. When I finally decided to try something different in the location setting I put other instead of United States. Proceeded to put my ZIP Code in and Walla! All good. To be fair I did not call but I did not email. But on the other hand there was nothing in the FAQ about this. So maybe it was just me

Greater than one weekEasy to set up and connect to my Wifi network. Survived a couple rain showers with no issue. Easy to use app. Only sad thing this model does not support power usage information.

> 3 daySo I have had this item for ten minutes and it’s a piece of garbage. The unit connects and then loses connection and will not work over cellular. The outdoor unit is having issue when connected to cellular services. When I use the app connected to my WiFi the switch works no problem. When I move to cellular and off my WiFi I can not control the switch and it says “WiFi network not responding”. That’s not true because I switch back to WiFi and it’s on. Plus the outdoor access point is two feet from the unit. This is not good. I tried to contact support via the website but it doesn’t work. The send comment section just thinks and thinks and thinks and never sends. A company that cannot even get a website to work sure as hell cannot get a product to work. Made in China but send it back.

20-12-2024Working 15 feet away from my house and about 20 feet from my router. Nice to remotely turn on Christmas lights in the winter, and rope lighting on my patio during the summer.
