This was exactly what i was looking for to dim a floor lamp. Integration was super easy with Google Home. Would totally recommend.

Worked great for a little over a year. Zwave integration to home assistant was easy. Range extender works as it should. After a year, the lights plugged into the dimmer outlet began to randomly dim to off and then back on. For the cost, I guess I shouldnt expect it to last.

Works as expected on my Vera controller. You have to connect it as a generic zwave device but after connecting, it recognizes it as a dimmable light. Works well on a floor lamp with a dimmable led bulb.

I really like this smart dimmer. I wanted to give it 4 stars, but I gave it five because, overall, it performs well. The dimmer works with SmartThings, but not Alexa. It gives a huge range of brightness, so thats a plus. The set-up instructions were a bit confusing, but it worked in the end. Would I buy another, no. I purchased this dimmer because it can handle 120 watts of CED lights. Other dimmers max out at 100. I would definitely go with another brand that works with Alexa.

These are awful. They came up in smart things relatively easy but that is the only good thing I can say about them. They have a mind of their own and any change you try to make to them does not stick. The brightness adjustment is useless since it will just jump around randomly after you try to set it to something. They are hit or miss for simply turning them on and off as well. I would return them if I hadnt tossed the boxes.

I purchased two of these in August 2021 to use with two different lamps, and as of January 2023, they are both failing. There’s something wrong with the dimming mechanism. Whenever I use Alexa to turn them off, they do turn off, but Alexa says something went wrong. Then when I turn them back on, I get the same error tone from Alexa, and the dimmers have been set to 1%. I purchased two of the same switches, but without dimmers, at the same time, and they are still working. I have a ton of smart switches that I’ve had for years longer than these two switches, and all of them are still working as well as the day I bought them. These switches are way too expensive to be failing after a year and a half.

I use Home Assistant for my automation server and this switch had no issues being seen and joining my ever growing z-wave network. There are a number z-wave settings that this unit can be configured as. Currently the dimmer works well but I do not use the dim-on functionality as it seems that it takes to long to bring a light up to brightness once you turn it on from a z-wave command. The instant on do the proper dim level works much better. Great item.

I’ve got a tone of smart plugs and switches all tied via zwave or zigbee using home assistant as my system to manage it all. This plug gets picked up quickly and works every time. I have this plugged in behind a couch and I do have to keep the couch off the plug because the on/off button is easy to press and directly on the front. I would have preferred the side of the unit.

Easy to install, works with Alexa via a smartthings hub, and also works with ADT Pulse security system. Using it to control the Christmas tree. To save a lot of headaches do the initial install close to you hub, and also read manual.
