Very nice laptop..set up was easy with walk thru directions. Nice color and so much better than my 12 year old laptop.

They changed the internal design on the Ryzen 3 3550u version and I didnt know about it. They removed 1 of the ram slots and 1 is now soldered on so both ram sticks cant be upgraded like the Ryzen 3 3200u version. I was under the impression that both slots were upgradable since Acer America replied to 2 customer questions saying that both memory slots are upgradable but they likely were taking about another version that was listed. This led me to spend $70 extra for 2 8gb sticks that I didnt need. Also the battery isnt even screwed in!

2 weeks after normal usage the keys started falling off. I have returned for repairs and still haven’t had it returned. As for the short time I was able to use it , it was a good laptop for what I was using it for, homework, emails and paying bills.

Storage space is not the best, and this laptops ability to run more than one program at a time is not up to par, I do a bit of graphic design in Photoshop, and it runs very slowly, but if you have other programs running at the same time its slow enough to p**s ya off a little... For $400 I feel like I got an okay deal, but Im not stoked. Screen quality is great though.. Id seek higher specs for another hundred bucks or so if I could go back.

I absolutely love this laptop. I have the 4gb ram, 128ssd, 3250u cpu, very fast sign in with fingerprint, built quality and keyboard is absolutely amazing. I 100 % approve this laptop especially for the price. These pictures definitely doesn’t do this laptop any justice.

Es muy rápida en todo aspecto, especialmente al encender y apagar. Viene con Windows en modo seguro, pero es sencillo desactivarlo en caso de no necesitarlo.

The computer is ok but it’s speaker is horrible.

Home office, fits my needs to a tee

Im not an acer fan, as acer was like the hyundais of the pc tech world in my book, but I needed a laptop for my daughter and this one fit the bill.
