Worked great from december until June then died throwing system errors Then come to find out the warranty started in June not when I bought the item so had 6 days of support left when it crashed. I would not recomend this item or buying any electronics from Amazon. save yourself some grief and go to the Big box sytore that has support in store This is a nigfhtmare

Sent this back! I couldnt get it to connect to my network. It wasnt packaged very well from the warehouse. It was moving around in the box when I received it. I sent it back with bubble wrap around it.

The screen quality and battery life are okay, but the low ram and memory is definitely a set back. There is the ability to upgrade down the line.

I don’t know much about laptops at all, but at this price... it’s a steal. Only thing that kinda bothers me is that the speakers aren’t as loud as I hoped and the camera quality is not the best either. But it boots up fast, the keys and trackpad feel really smooth, screen quality is fine for the price, also the biggest plus about it is that it’s upgradeable if you’re into that sorta thing. Also, for the people who are wondering, you can take it out of S-Mode which is the first thing I did right when it booted up. Looking forward to using this for college and basic day-to-day browsing.

Low cost. Good quality. Must get out of S mode (easy to do-just Googled it). Can’t give it 5 because it’s only 2 months old. Time will tell but good price point.
