Arrived quickly, in brand new condition! Overall it’s exactly what I needed after removing S Mode. I am obsessed over the backlit keyboard, numeric pad (numbers on the right side of keyboard), and fingerprint scanner which is the specs that sold me on this one vs purchasing a different laptop for the price.

Ive had this laptop for 2 years now. No issues or complaints. Its simple if you use the computer for simple things like indo. Only thing I wish was the volume was a little better. Overall, great laptop.

If i would of known about this product ? I would of Bought it years ago, Fast / light /great battery life/ no Touch screen ( i dont need it) an Excellent product ... psst inexpensive too !!

Prime Days saved me $$$ but I think this laptop would have been worth the full price. Opens easy. Connected to Wi-Fi in a breeze and loaded Windows without S mode pretty simply. So far, I love this machine.

The 3350U model can take a 32gb RAM stick added to the single expandable RAM slot for 36gb total (4gb in soldered in the other slot). Other reviewers say 16gb is the max, but I tested it and it can take a DDR4 32GB stick. The windows terminal says it can take 64 gb, so divide by 2 and you get 32gb.
