After 2 months of using the laptop the NVIDIA GTX 1060 card stopped working! Saw many reviews while troubleshooting the problem and found many other people with the same problem.

I have owned this laptop for about 8 months. My only complaint is in regard to a problem nobody can fix. I cannot turn the graphics settings to max without overheating a bit. Let me be clear. No other laptop cools as well as this one. You will not get better. I will consider this line of laptops and its successors for as long as they keep this level of quality. Maybe one day we will stop concentrating on faster/more cores and threads and work on cooling solutions that matter. Again, if you want a gaming laptop under $2000, look no further. *Updated* There is a fan control next to the Start Button in Windows. There you can set the fans to Max. They are very loud but definitely cool this thing down even during heavy gaming. After a year, I am satisfied.

Im a video editor by trade and in October of 2019 my Mac Pro crapped out on me. Keyboard just stopped working. But my AppleCare had expired about a month before and so it was going to cost me $200 for Apple to fix it. Instead, I took a risk and sold my Mac and replaced it with this. And let me say that for something half the cost of what I paid for my Mac Pro, this thing probably handles my work better!

Amazing for the price , has all the bells in whistles, just wish it had lighting input, 144 refresh is amazing, can run everything I want

I bought my Helios in October, it is great in everything, really. But before buying from outside US be cautious because its warranty isnt global, for example here in the country of Georgia (Europe) they do not support warranty. Also, from the very beginning this laptop has issue with CPU noise. For some its very strange to hear, but yes, CPU of my laptop have buzzing sound that changes simultaneously with my activity (i.e. while scrolling on web or etc.).

Used this laptop for less than a week then blue screened. Only played Overwatch, a small games on steam and did homework. Price seemed too good to be true and I wasnt wrong

Short story: I have a defective laptop, I have received false repairs, I have talked to seven customer support agents, and I have been given misinformation and a complete lack of assistance in getting my device replaced.
