> 3 dayI have used numerous controller by 8BitDo and i swear by them. this is my number one favorite. Easily connected to my Nintendo switch, Android phone, and PC. The battery life is amazing, and lasted me numerous days of continuous gameplay (and I mean 12 hours plus a day under quarantine. The feel is very like the dual shock controllers. If you are thinking about getting this controller, GET IT! I never write these, so that must say something, hahaha.

Greater than one weekThis controller is almost amazing. Add amiibo support, turning on Switch. And most importantly, BETTER RUMBLE! The rumble is just horrible on the Switch.

> 3 dayMade very well (especially for a third party controller), D Pad is awesome and all of the buttons can be reconfigured.

> 3 dayI really wanted to love this thing! Build quality is excellent and the design is so freaking cool but if you have smaller hands, or are very used to a PS4 controller, this just simply isnt comfortable. The placement of the joysticks caused a lot of strain on my thumbs. Also felt I was reaching too far for the shoulder buttons.

> 3 dayIve always been a big fan of the clear electronic aesthetic. I wish it was a little bit more transparent, but thats just a small gripe. The buttons are all perfectly clicky, arent gummy and feel really nice. The color of the controller is really nice to look at and the lights of the controller can also be seen on the inside which is really cool. When the controllers vibrating, you can see the little spinning mechanism, too. The controllers plastic feels a bit more grainy (?) than the other 8bitdo controllers I own, which isnt a bad thing, just different. Overall, I love this controller and I definitely welcome it to my 8bitdo family collection.

Greater than one weekSomething happened, I own about 5 of these controllers for my whole family and one of the updates caused Bluetooth paring with xinput (windows) to have problems, the controller will pair but disconnect after some time and shut down. This happens with all of my 8bitdo pro2, it happens on more then one PC in the house. I can get them working with the Switch no problem and have a work around with the 8bitdo dongle but uh yea these went from the favorite controller in the house to mostly unusable, Ive even tried to roll back the firmware and no luck its very disappointing

> 3 dayWorks easily and as readily as described, super comf, least expensive way to enjoy a controller across multiple platforms. Love it. The bag for it is a nice added value, letting me keep it and it’s cable with instructions together with no fuss. I do wish the bag were reinforced but as is, it does a good job of protecting it. Certainly more than nothing at all, and it was free.

> 3 dayThis controller feels and plays great especially for 2d platforming and modern 3D games! I love the interface of the software to customize the sensitivity and buttons of the controller. My only minor complaint is that I have had issues automatically turning on the switch when turning on the controller line the joycons. Not a deal breaker but a minor inconvenience.

> 3 dayThe SN30Pro+ D-pad is something Nintendo needs to take notes on the design. No Switch controller, provided by Nintendo, to this day, has a D-pad appropriate for 2D action or retro-gaming. Nintendo for all people should know proper D-Pad design. I own the Switch Pro Controller and the D pad is not great for platforms or retro-games (Tetris, SNES/NES classics). Otherwise, the Pro Controller is a fine controller to use on modern games. That said, this controller is the best 3rd party controller Ive purchased for Switch. Have not tried it on PC yet, but Im sure it works there too. It has home and picture buttons and all other expected features, accept amiibo support. The rumble feature works, but it doesnt seem very strong (it gets the job done). The home button on the SN30Pro+ does not turn on the Switch. Unfortunate. I hope they can add this with an update. Comfort is good but not great like the Switch Pro Controller comfort. The Switch Pro Controller is probably the most comfortable controller my hands have used. My hands get a little tired after an hour or so using the SN30Pro+. To me, the SN30Pro+ grips and angle are a little shallower/narrow and not as hand-filling as the Pro is. So, for long gaming sessions, the Pro controller wins that battle. But, the SN30Pro+ is comfortable, and hand types may vary on comfort. I hope 8bitdo will iterate this controllers design and maybe have the ergonomics improved upon. Updating the firmware is a little goofy on Windows 10. I have high resolution monitor and the application seems to get cut off. But, it gets the job done. The tuning/adjustment/button mapping software works fine. The all black design is sleek and cool, but you cant see the button labels very easily. The texture feels nice as well. So do the analog sticks. Overall, a solid controller.
