> 3 dayI hate to do something like this, but I simply cant avoid it. I ~LOVE~ this controller. LOVE it. It is the single most comfortable controller I have ever used in over 30 years of gaming. Sadly, it just simply doesnt hold up. This is my second one of these controllers. Here is my review of the first. https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R2E3CMH8KPNG4R/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07TDTXHJP Just like the first one, this one developed a nasty issue that directly affects gameplay. Where as the first one would register a button press twice, this one has a problem with the left stick. It will randomly stop reading that Im holding the stick forward, which is a major problem for a game like Destiny that is literally built around your characters mobility. Im sorry 8Bitodo, but I cant keep doing this. It doesnt matter if it is indeed the most comfortable controller Ive ever held if the things keep dying on me within months after purchase. The first one lasted about 8 months. This one barely made it 4. Hate to say it, but it looks like Im back on the hunt for a new controller that will actually last.

Greater than one weekThe controller is no brainer, its excellent. But never received the bag that was advertised with it for only that reason i rated 3 star.

Greater than one weekThe Pro2 from 8Bitdo is my favorite controller and I liked these color options online. IN PERSON... They aight. Very opaque. I got two of these and 2 purples. Theyre like all of 8bitdo products recently, great quality, and I love that the Pro2s also have a physical toggle switch to change input styles, no more remembering button combos. If youre looking for 90s translucent memories, these arent them.

> 3 dayThe input lag is outrageous. This controller will not work correctly, on bluetooth. You may ask maybe its my PC, or something else. I already updated to the latest firmware for the controller. The older version of this controller (SN30 Pro+) worked perfectly on the same exact PC. It feels like you literally dont have control over any input. Analog stick inputs keep going after you let go, Buttons take 1 second to actually happen or they just get yeeted into the oblivion. This controller actually made me not enjoy playing my favorite game. Dont buy this, it feels like youre playing in molasses.

Greater than one weekI have used this controller for 100+ hours playing Breath of the Wild and like other great controllers I completely forget about it while Im playing, just turn it on and it works. Simple to pair, simple to update, buttons feel good, would definitely buy more of these (if I needed them).

> 3 dayFirst, Id like to offer a HUGE THANK YOU to Shirley at Aknes for the OUTSTANDING customer support!!! There was an mix-up at the Amazon warehouse, so when I first ordered this controller they sent me a Pro+ by mistake. I sent it back for an exchange and they sent me ANOTHER Pro+, and then I only had the option to return it for a refund. I reached out to Aknes to let them know about what happened, and Shirley responded within the same day and personally ordered me another controller. Unfortunately, this one was also a Pro+, but she told me to keep it anyways. About a week later, she let me know that they fixed the inventory issue and that I had been sent a new Pro 2 controller in the mail. Sure enough, this time it was the correct controller! Ive never in my life received such great treatment from a company, and so I am super grateful to Shirley and Aknes for all the help they gave me. Even with a slight language barrier, the communication was great and I can say with certainty that this merchant is very honorable. So now Ive personally got to test out the Pro+ and the Pro 2 (both of them the G Classic editions), and can definitely say that the Pro 2 is a much better controller. The Pro+ is still very nice, and I do like the fact that Im not accidentally pressing the extra buttons on the back all the time (I personally dont use these on the Pro 2, as I would accidentally be pressing them all the time), but where the Pro 2 shines is this: 1. They fixed the grinding noise/sensation on the D-Pad, so it feels much smoother 2. You can update the drivers via Bluetooth on your phone/tablet with the 8Bitdo Ultimate Software 3. You can customize your analog/trigger sensitivity and button configurations with the Ultimate Software as well, via Bluetooth on your phone/tablet 4. Battery life seems to last a few hours longer on the Pro 2 than on the Pro+ 5. The grip on the Pro 2 makes it easier for me to not squeeze the controller while Im playing, so my hands dont cramp 6. Those two extra programmable buttons on the back are probably awesome for someone who likes to use them. Would probably be a great function for Smash Bros or Street Fighter or something with twitchy gameplay like that. 7. To power up the Pro 2, all you have to do is have the toggle switch set to the correct position and press the Start button where as with the Pro+ you have to hold A,B,X or Y and THEN press Start (to pick your connection type) The Pro+ and the Pro 2 are both extremely well made controllers, and they work similarly well. But the Pro 2 is definitely my new favorite, because it feels nice in my hands while Im playing and also I can customize it for different devices. Right now Im using it between my Nintendo Switch and also Stadia, GeForce Now and Steam via Shadow PC through the nVidia Shield Pro TV app -- and its the perfect controller for all of them!!! Also, the sweet keychain and carrying bag included with each controller make it easier for me to organize my video game mess. Thank you again, Shirley and Aknes, for all of your help!!!!

> 3 dayI had a problem with another controller and contacted them. They helped me try to fix it and then helped with the return. The new one works great and lives up to the reviews I had seen. Definitely recommend

> 3 dayAs a person who plays on a PlayStation, this controller feels so natural, and the fact it has the back pattles, reprogrammable buttons, macros, and much more useful features for less than an official pro controller, I honestly this this a must have for any switch owner!

> 3 dayThis controller feels and plays great especially for 2d platforming and modern 3D games! I love the interface of the software to customize the sensitivity and buttons of the controller. My only minor complaint is that I have had issues automatically turning on the switch when turning on the controller line the joycons. Not a deal breaker but a minor inconvenience.

> 3 dayI bought this after trying out a similar looking, cheap competitor. There is no comparison between the two. This controller feels very well built and solid, with great button feel. The downloadable software is great and allows you to fine tune the joysticks and button mapping however you like. Battery life is excellent. Ive gotten over 5 hours and still havent recharged it since new. No problems pairing to Android (Samsung and Motorola both worked fine), or two Windows 10 PCs. No lag from the Bluetooth connection at all. Just buy it!
