Greater than one weekI love these paints! only docked a star because you cannot purchase the individual tubes if you run out of a color. if Arteza starts doing individual tubes then I would change it for 5 stars! You get a huge amount of colors and therr are often $10 off coupons especially on Amazon. I tried the Reeves gouache and the Masters Touch gouache at my local hobby stores and these Arteza paints are by far the best ones Ive tried. No streakiness and the selection of colors makes for infinite color mixing options! -Tasha Null of Null and Void Art

> 3 dayI did a painting using gouache for the first time, and it turned out pretty well. The colors are opaque, but also can be less by adding water. I did have to experiment with water to get the desired paint consistency, but overall, I think it went well. Looking forward to more fun!

Greater than one weekI’m a beginner and I’ve done a fair amount of research. I am by no means a professional. Compared to Artist’s Loft, this product is a winner. The colors are awesome, easy to blend, versatile, & can easily be mixed with other colors to find the hue you’re wishing to use if it didn’t already come in the box of 60. Definitely happy with this purchase. The tubes are definitely smaller in size, but sometimes a little goes a long way!

> 3 dayI bought this set of gouache paint to see how the Arteza brand worked compared to brands I tried before. After playing around with these paints on paper and canvas, I am pleased with the color coverage. This gouache set has a wonderful selection of colors to choose from. The colors from this set work wonderfully for me when I do manga and abstract paintings. I am beyond pleased with the brand and plan to buy a variety of supplies in the future. This brand will be my go-to for gouache paints.

> 3 dayIve been painting with gouache for years and was super excited to try this set. Did not disappoint! The colors are a nice variety, which includes a lot of glittery colors. The colors are a good starting point to then mix and create your own. Works well on most paper, very blendable, water down or leave thick both look great. The only down side is that the tubes are small, so you have to watch out you dont run out of a color before its too late. Overall an awesome purchase!

Greater than one weekThese are great! They Also work really well with Watercolor. I love watercolor but if you mess up its really hard to fix and layering is difficult. These go right overtop of watercolor and you cant really notice its a different medium (see picture). layering and blending with these are great.

> 3 dayLove the possibilities meaning gouache can be applied very heavily or it can have a wonderful opaqueness about it. Beginners will love this as it is very easy to use! I am a gouache beginner.

> 3 dayI’m painting a page a day on an interleaved bible and this gouache is amazing. The creaminess and vibrancy is on par with my Holbein gouache , I really can’t tell the difference except these are significantly better value. Seriously. For this box of 60 colors you can buy mayyyybe 4 tubes of holbein. And these layer beautifully and the color lays down in solid flatness that is the glory of gouache. Can’t complain about anything. Wish I discovered these before investing a good chunk of change in brand name gouache. To see more of how I use these colors check out at kittyliangstudio on the gram!
