> 3 dayThe new ASUS ROG Rapture AXE11000 is a beast, a sturdy metallic construction, futuristic design, and a lot of technology inside. Not only is the 6GHz WiFi 6E the object of desire, but this is also a rock-solid router for business and gamers.

> 3 dayJust up dated from Rapture GT11000 to 16000 it’s fast works great running in mesh mode speeds of 960 and Wi-Fi 760mb on spectrum 1 GB service 32 devices and 4k streaming Should say GT 11000 would do same. Rapture 16000 have couple new features and 10 GB ports but needed mesh system for garage Like both units great routes only money right, surely recommended

> 3 dayIts been over a month Since owning this router. Up until about two weeks ago It worked fantastically.i was reaching gigabytes speeds on my wifi connection. Now I can barely touch 300mbps. Ive gone through all the trouble shooting steps Ive completely factory reset the router and nothing seems to work.ive tried switching out the modem and that has not done the trick either.not sure what it could be but it looks like I need to call Asus for assistance which is a complete nightmare as described by others.

> 3 dayMan this thing is awesome. It’s just as fast as using an Ethernet cable. Although 6E has a shorter range than the 5ghz frequency. I paired this with an ROG Phone 5 and I’m gaming in BLAZING fast speeds. The 2.4 and 5 ghz have a pretty good range and cover everywhere I need. I like the software because of all the options related to gaming as well as info on what clients are connected.

Greater than one weekUpgraded from ASUS GT-AX11000. As an Xfinity customer, the ASUS AX11000 was consistently able to record internet speed tests between 650-790Mbps down using an Arris SB8200 in WAN Aggregation mode. The GT-AXE16000 consistently reaches 1300-1400Mbps when paired with an Arris S33 modem. IoT connections on my guest network can now reach the router that otherwise could only reach one of the two other mesh routers. The mesh routers are also GT-AX11000s. I have used a 2.5Gb Ethernet backhaul in both configurations.

Greater than one weekUPDATE: Firmware 3.0.0.4.388_21617 appears to have fixed wired LAN Internet upload performance with my Verizon Fios ONT. Sadly, wireless LAN Internet upload performance is 150 to 300 Mbps slower than it should be. I am continuing to use an old Asus RT-AC3200 as an intermediary between the GT-AXE16000 and my Verizon ONT.
