Paid 500 bucks(Hell maybe more) and I CANNOT get wifi up one level.. not even like a level and a big chunk of feet in another direction. Like, almost directly above me with steps having an opening for the wifi and it just gets disconnected a lot, slow speeds like 500k downloads, and I have tried EVERYTHING. I switched channels, messed with settings.... its overpriced junk.

The item maybe expensive but its 100% worth it ever since i bought this i can simultaneously watch youtube and play wifi games like dota without lag is really worth.. and ive stopped arguing with my brother.. take note im not even using lan cable just wifi 6, router even though wifi 6 we are experiencing delay

I tried to connect to a 6G network from my pc but to no avail and I dont know why, I followed many explanations on YouTube and how to connect from Windows, many people suffer from the same problem, it works for some and fails for others.

Purchased the AXE11000 1 month ago. Since then, ive had nothing but connectivity problems. I currently have Spectrum internet as my isp @400 mbps. I use a Spectrum modem with cat 6 and plugged into the 2.5g port and nothing. I plug into the 1g port and it works fine. I unplug over & over but now i cant even get the 1g port to work. All firmware is up to date. I did a factory reset but still nothing. I wanted to return to Amazon but im 4 days late so return not possible. Guess im out 500$. Save your money & shop around before buying this buggy router.

This router is great very much worth every penny it costs coming from the rog rapture gt-ac5300 this thing a very worthwhile upgrade you will not be disappointed.

For me it is a Great Product.

This router is difficult to set up. It has many glitches I am guessing to early firmware, which asus is never great on keeping current. It is not a simple as plug and play like most routers. Any setting you apply may or may not take with complications logging back into the router without a fight. It took a couple hours to get my modem/internet from Spectrum to take on the router. After fighting with the router to get the settings to take for awhile I was able to cycle the modem and get the router to have internet access. There is also glitches in assigning custom icons to each device connected to the router in the client list. When you upload a picture for the device, the menu will shut down and you have to go through the process a second time. It also sometime looses the icon and name settings for each device. Getting rid of the router.asus.com redirect too seemed to be a pain. After changing the DNS in the LAN settings to 8.8.8.8 it continued to flip flop back and forth to the routers ip or router.asus.com to log in while getting page not found errors frequently. Why we are FORCED to begin with to deal with router.asus.com to log into OUR property is beyond me. I shouldnt have to rely on the uptime of a companys dns that may prevent me from accessing MY PROPERTY. This is the 3rd product from ASUS in a row I have been extremely unhappy with. I would not recommend it for such a high price. They are way most cost effective routers from other companies that provide better customer service to their clientele the this one. If you have ever dealt with any warranty issues from ASUS you will regret buying this router should it have problems. They are known for stiffing people with their bad products. I dont believe this one to be any different from the problems I have already encountered with it.
