A monitor with great color accuracy, brightness, sharpness, and a lot of customization features, plus a UI that isnt a nightmare to navigate. You wont find better without paying a whole lot more.

This monitor is *chefs kiss*. I Bought the EW2480. I am amazed and absolutely in love. The size, the clarity, the picture quality - everything is just the icing on the cake. Speakers are great! As for the HDR I cant decide between it being a gimmick or HDR..it improves picture quality yes but it just seems like a preset of picture settings? Casual non competitive gaming is great on this so dont fret or be scared away. This monitor is a very quality build for $180 (thats with tax) and to think I almost went with an Asus monitor thats 10 years old...for the same price..and not even a quality build. I also almost went with the GW2480 to save money but soooo glad I didnt. This monitor is a dream.

The picture quality is superb. The audio turned out to be a big let down. I chased my tail for a week trying to get the monitors speakers to work. It turns out that you cant get there from here. The speakers will only work with a DisplayPort connection. A lot of PCs, like mine, dont have DisplayPort connectivity. And, you cant just buy an additional PC board with this connection because they dont exist. My PC has an audio-out 3.5 jack connection, but my Benq monitor DOES NOT HAVE a 3.5 audio-in! The solution is to buy some decent add-on PC speakers. Why Benq doesnt tell you about this problem up front is a mystery to me. And, I saw no mention if it in any reviews. If I had known about this issue, I probably would have bought the monitor anyway and not have wasted my time trying to get their speakers working. The documentation does mention that there can be some differences between some models, so I wonder if there is a model somewhere with an audio-in.

LOVE it. worth every penny. down side theres no remote control. a lot button select scroll select action. love watching old movies so it was an incredible change on the BENQ. cinema features. with no eye strain it was really enjoyable. games are fun. like i hoped. the 60Hz or 60 frames pre second with excellent darks and shadows with very little eye strain on details ups the game play. make sure you buy the one for what you want. if its games. BENQ game monitors. if its cinema tv show movies then BENQ theater movie monitors. official site comparison on sales prices of BENQ products to other retailers was pretty close with no difference on sales price. that was a plus. when its time for new one for what ever reason Ill be browsing BENQ first.

    1) Customer Service was prompt and responded to my e-mail the next morning. (2) My screen kept going off/on for 3-5 seconds about 30+ times a day. Problem has been solved and has not happened again for over a week. I usually charge my phone very close to my monitor but needed to move the phone and charging cord to a different spot. Immediately I noticed the screen no longer went off/on at all. I am not a technical person at all, but nothing else was changed or altered (cords were checked prior). I do not know if my phone had some sort of interference or not, but if this happens to you, at least try moving your phone away from the monitor - cannot hurt to try.

I ordered a pair for to use for work (software development) and they get the job done but its hard to get excited about them. For context, I cared about having a lot of screen space and not much else, and thats pretty much the only reason these arent getting a 1 star review. They are indeed 4K monitors and physically large so the resolution is great. That said, between the two with the _exact_ same settings theres a noticeable difference in color temperature when moving something from one screen to the other. Theyre very bright, but tend to look a little washed out and fiddling with settings has yet to fix this. Color accuracy is poor. Theres a little light bleed on the edges, nothing terrible but not amazing. Theres also a distinct flicker at time, although I dont know if this is truly the monitor or something about my setup, all the other issues have been consistent when using a different computer to drive the displays, the flicker only happens when driving them through a docking station, so that might be the stations fault. So in short if you want a big 4K monitor that gives you a lot of screen realestate at a good price, go for it. For my use case they get the job done. Would not recommend for gaming or cinema or really anything where picture quality beyond legible type is important.

Very good 32 inch monitor. Definitely not an IPS, but I also didn’t spend $1000.00 for it either. It does what I wanted to do. Web surfing, movie watchingand a little game playing. Please notice I didn’t say anything about graphics design. It’s a good monitor.
