> 3 dayIt was exactly what I wanted. The only complaint were the directions. Having a Mac always makes installing a challenge...haha I love a challenge and once I got it working, Im thrilled with this incredible little labeler and having a lot of fun with it too.

> 3 dayI love this little printer...but the software!! Good luck for the average computer user. Took me quite a while to get the unit to work for me. The instructions that come with the unit are very poorly written and explained.

> 3 dayI like this label printer. It is reasonably priced for the contained features. It really has more options and programs than I really need. But, it is easy to use and produces some very good looking and different styles of labels. I did not think I would like the automatic cutting at the end of each label. But, I now prefer it and I am sure there is probably a banner option if I took the time to look for it. I give it 4 stars.

> 3 dayActually, it is not anything wrong with the Brother QL-700 High-speed, Professional Label Printer, but the wrong voltage machine was sent. My country, Malaysia is 220-240 vAC but a machine for 110 vAC was sent. I have also requested for British 3 pin plug but a 2 pin round plug was sent.

> 3 dayI would give it 5 stars for solid and excellent construction and durability. A previous one lasted 3 years of DAILY use. However installation is a real nightmare and Technical Support though readily available (rare in this industry) is spotty. You get EXCELLENT techs and others who are so so. Installations instructions are unclear and when you finally get to talk to a Rep its: Lets start from tje beginning, delete all the installation you did from the CD and lets go to the Web Site! One more thing: Do NOT buy third party labels. They will tend to become unstuck from the roll and stick to the print heads and make a huge problem.
