I have bought this brand many times in the past. I used this one to upgrade a 2014 Mac mini, replacing the 5400rpm spinning drive. This allowed a boot to login prompt time to 20 seconds and then a login to the macOS to 30 seconds. HUGE benefit and will give new life to the device for many years to come!

Bought this for an old laptop, its original hard drive died so I got this one as replacement. Super easy installation. Gave that old laptop some more years of usage.

Good performance, and no issue at all after using 8 months. will buy Micron again.

It is a solid ssd. However I feel like the Samsung ssds are faster.

Remember to format your drives.

I purchased 4 of these to be used with a MegaRAID controller. Every time the server did a warm reboot the RAID set would be in a failed state. After talking with Crucial tech support a length I finally got them to admit a problem with the firmware. I tried to return these and after they were received by whomever the seller is for Amazon denied the return saying I return a different product than I purchased. I returned these in the original box with original documentation and I have been in a dispute for several months trying to get my $1K back.

Have a 11 year old Dell 545 inspiron. HHD was taking up to 5 minutes to boot up and thrn ramdomly shut down. Recommendations suggested replacing it with an SSD.

The seller made this good without issue, but I initially received a 500GB drive in a 1TB box. Labels and everything were right...except the actual drive. A three day delay but otherwise great price and experience. Appreciate the sellers ease in correcting the issue.
