> 24 hourMy number one concern and one mentioned by others, I found completely unfounded. The bands dont get in the way at all. They hold the Vita in. If they annoy you, cut them out. No big deal. The hard shell is sturdy enough. I wouldnt drive over the box, but it feels safe when tossed in luggage or a backpack and I wouldnt have any concern if I dropped it. It doesnt have much in the way of storage space, but the Vita doesnt really need much. I doubt you could fit the charger and adapter in there, but just the cable would work as well as a few games and memory cards. Definitely not disappointed with such an inexpensive purchase. Unrelated rant: Now, can Sony do something about those memory cards? I keep getting free games via PS plus and my 16 GB card is already full. Its less than a month old and my memory card is already full and Ive only spent $10 buying two games. PS Plus gives free games, but you pay in the end with the memory cards for Vita.

> 24 hourLets start with the positives this case is the right size and feels sturdy and durable It also has two elastic straps to hold the vita in place I thought this was a nice touch. I would have given 5 stars except on the top portion that has the slots for holding games there are two problems 1. you cannot see which game you have without removing it which is annoying and 2. It would be very useful if it had a couple of cut outs for extra memory cards.

> 24 hourPlenty has been said already but I thought I would chime in with my experience. I like to take my handhelds with me as I travel but I also like to travel light. I dont need a case that I can pack 20 games, the charger and a can opener. This case is very sturdy and is very form fitting for the Vita. The system fits very snug in the bottom of the case and there is a piece of fabric that sits between the top and bottom of the case. This flap has 4 slots that are perfect size for additional Vita games. My only gripe here is that due to the small size of the Vita game cartridges there is the possibility of the games falling out of these slots. There isnt a whole lot of room between this fabric and the top of the case, but you could probably fit your charging USB cable there. I give this case a solid 4 1/2 stars, with the only downside being that the space set aside for game cartridges doesnt always seem secure for me, and it is not possible to identify the games without pulling them out (some sort of transparent cover of this section would have solved this issue). The case is very sturdy and very attractive and is by far the best Vita case out there.

> 24 hourThis is by no means the most expertly constructed electronics case. It has a few loose stitches around the game entry area and the quality of the internal materials isnt stellar. But for less than $10, this is a fantastic buy to protect the Vita. Mine didnt smell at all like some people have said. I removed the straps as I didnt really see the point in them personally. Seems like a matter of opinion and how you will use the case that will dictate whether you keep them. Its not a super fancy case, but it for sure gets the job done on the cheap. Other than that, a great case that I would highly recommend.

> 24 hourFor the price, this travel case is tough to beat. And for $10, there are some expected minor construction issues, in particular the stitching. The belt loop on the sample I received was stitched at an off angle (the entire belt loop, not the stitching holding the belt loop in place). Not a problem for me since I have no intention of ever wearing this on my belt, but it does indicate a slight lack of attention to detail and care from the factory worker who did the stitching. The stitching on the game card pockets on the inside flap was particularly sub par and popped when inserting a game card, probably they are stitched onto a loose mesh material. The rear mesh tends to catch corners as well, making it difficult to easily slide game cards in place. The insert flap is made out of a neoprene-like foam material and should provide minor padding for the PSV. The mesh stitched onto the insert forms two pockets for storing headphones, a cleaning cloth or a memory card case. The case is made out of thermo-molded sheets of EVA plastic covered with nylon weave on the outside and a soft, low pile nylon lining on the inside. The PSV fits very snugly inside, making it about a slim as possible for a semi-hard shell case that should provide a higher degree of impact protection than a soft nylon sleeve or bag, and a higher level of crush protection due to the semi-rigid shell. It is not a hard case made out of rigid plastic. Design-wise, there was enough care made to include features like the belt loop and a removable lightweight carabiner to attach the case to a bag or belt loop, but neither are really necessary since the overall size of the PSV is more conducive to slipping into a bag or inside jacket pocket. There are two elastic straps sewn into the bottom of the case to hold the PSV in place, presumably to keep people from dumping their console on the ground if theyre holding the case upside down or sideways when opening it. Again, not really necessary and they take extra time to slip on and off. Many will probably end up snipping them off since they never use them, but its possible to just drop the PSV on top of the elastic straps as if they werent even there and the case still zips ups easily. The double zipper has a smooth action. The case lies between a nylon sleeve that mostly provides scratch protection and a hard shell case that provides impact and crush protection. Since the case fits snugly, it adds minimal bulk for those who dont want a blocky hard case or a padded nylon bag large enough to store everything including the PSV AC adapter. Overall, its a perfect slim fit holster for the PSV that works well as a permanent protective storage unit when not being used or plugged into a charge cradle. I would gladly pay $20 for the same design with better construction, better stitching, better game card pockets, a higher quality liner (like the material used in the Madcatz 3DS case), but for $10 it pretty much met expectations and fit the bill perfectly as a place to keep the PSV at home and on the go.

> 24 hourIt fits the slim Vita well. Feels a little tight, but the Vita doesnt bulge out of the case. After a couple days of use, I do have some trouble with the case, specifically the two straps to hold the Vita; its really difficult to take the Vita out after its been strapped in. Of course, I could use one strap or not use it at all, but its there and it was annoying to try to remove my Vita.

> 24 hourI only use it to hold my Vita. I buy games digitally so its all in my memory card rather than having to worry about storing cartridges but the place holders for them feel snug and secure. I dropped it on the floor with my Vita in it once and it protected my Vita just fine. I like that the case comes with a belt loop attachment so i can hook it up to my pants and my Vita is right there.

> 24 hourIve used this case for almost a year, and it has protected my Vita well. I usually put the Vita + case in a backpack or my pocket, and usually just toss them in with other items. The case has definitely protected my Vita against scratches or worse and given me peace of mind when transporting it. However, the slots to hold the game cartridges are very poor. Very often, Ive opened the case to find that one of the carts has slipped out or notice that one has slipped out as Ive closed it. If you open the case too quickly, I imagine that the carts could easily go flying out of it. Since Vita memory is so expensive, Ive opted to go physical with most of my collection. This flaw means I need to be very careful with my games.

> 24 hourI wanted something that was as compact as possible to protect it when traveling. My only confilct is I also bought the trigger case which must be removed before using the case, and the trigger encasement is a must have. That said this is a great item minus the smell. Its odd. I kept a bar of soap wrapped in a tissue for the first few months when it was not being used, now its fine lol.

> 24 hourI bought this CTA case expecting it to be lightweight but durable. And it is. It has a great value, slim enough to fit into my pocket, good zipper quality. I could go on and on about the case, it pretty good except for one thing that is partly my fault. I have noticed that games like to fall out of the slot to hold them. I have lost my copy of Assassins Creed Liberation (I found that) and Persona 4 Golden (Very disappointed that I couldnt find that, but Im happy to give Atlus the money). Its partly my fault, partly the cases, so either be on the look out, dont carry extra games, or get another case. I recommend the
