> 3 dayI wanted a case that would protect my Vita (PCH-2000), from being crushed in my backpack. I carry in my backpack a 15.6in gaming laptop, its huge charger, a 3DS (which is in its own case), and I also commute 3 hours on the bus. Thus, Ive been looking for a case that isnt too heavy or bulky so it will actually fit with all my other stuff, but still be able to protect my vita against the other things in my backpack and the occasionally roughhousing on the bus. This case has does the job wonderfully! It will be a tight fit if you try to fit the Vita (specifically, PCH-2000), through the elastic band holders at the bottom. But just laying the Vita on top of them works just fine. The little game cartridges go in and out of those 4 little slots easily as well and the hard outer shell is very sturdy! The one I ordered did smell kind of like smoke or something. But a couple sprays of Febreze fixed that just fine. I definitely recommend it!

> 3 dayI got my Vita for Xmas and wanted to make sure that i did not break it. I searched and I found this bad boy. it was in the price range that i was Willing to spend to protect it. its a good case its pretty sturdy and seems like it will protect my vita well. I do not like how it has two straps inside to hold the Vita and my only problem with them is that they snag on the Joysticks sometimes. i dont use them anymore but the are a good addition for the added safety. I also like how it has slots for me to put my games in and pouches that i presume will hold headphones and other small things. the only thing i dont like about this case is that i cant fit the charging cable inside of it. I realized though that I do keep my laptop around with me and I can just take the USB portion with me all the time which WILL fit in the case and leave the DC distribution box and AC cable at home. =] If your looking for a case Id HIGHLY recommend this one. One more thing i wish that it had two caribiners or better yet M.U.L.E. straps so I can strap it to my USMC Day pack securely. Other then that. 9.8/10

> 3 dayIt does an alright job at protecting my PS Vita. The exterior is quite tough and I dont worry about it damaging the Vita while its inside, but its somewhat of a hassle taking the Vita out of it. There are elastic straps that you can wrap around your Vita on the bottom portion of the case, but it makes it far too cumbersome to remove your Vita while its in there, and its not like its going to slide around that much anyway. The top flap can hold up to four game cards or memory cards, but its impossible to see which one is which and they dont fit in terribly well. Its still better than nothing, though.

Greater than one weekI bought this for my son for Christmas and I couldnt have made a better choice. Its just padded enough to protect the Vita when he throws it in his backpack to head to work or school. It holds a few memory cards and that all you really need, if you buy a case to hold the charger, then the compact size needed to made it truly portable goes out the window! The zipper is a very good quality and this one didnt have the intense odor others have spoken about. After it was opened on Christmas morning, we put it outside on the deck to air out ...just in case it did. The stitching is perfect and for the price, come on folks, this is a fantastic buy! When you think about what the Vita costs, this is a very needed purchase the day you buy it.

> 3 dayIts generally a good case; nothing too fancy. Fits the Vita 2000/slim well, is fairly sturdy, and at a decent price. The inside straps arent very useful, as its very difficult to get the Vita in/out of them, but they also arent necessary. The downside: a STRONG chemical smell. I saw other reviews mention it before buying, but figured it wasnt a big deal. However, after multiple dryer sheets and liberal use of febreeze, the smell is still there. It even clings to the Vita itself for quite a while after removing it from the case. Its not the end of the world, but is bothersome enough to make me consider another case.

Greater than one weekThe case itself feels sturdy, and the slots on the other side of the divider fit games just fine. My only problem with it is that its pretty small, and with my protective case on the Vita already, there is barely enough room for my to stuff my Vita in there. The straps that are meant to secure the vita are also kind of annoying (this is just a personal preference issue), but they will help prevent your Vita from falling when opening the case. I will most likely be returning this case due to the space issue, but it DOES feel sturdy and I believe it would protect the Vita from any falls.

> 3 dayI was skeptical at first looking at this case since most of the reviews by people that said they liked this case were from 2012, and most of the reviews from 2014 said the case was horrible and smelled bad. I ended up buying this case anyway and I think it is as perfect as i could have asked for. My case doesnt smell like burning rubber in fact the only way I could even smell this case was if I stuck my nose against it, if you back your nose up an inch you cant detect it, but even when you do get next to it, it only smells like a shoe does when you first buy it. overall this case is very sturdy and the game slots fit fine, I dont think I couldve asked for a better quality item at 8 dollars. Verdict: *Quite affordable *Very snug *The straps can be a tad annoying but they do keep the vita very secure *Doesnt smell bad *Feels like it is high quality You really cant go wrong for 8 bucks, Id suggest this case.

> 3 dayI only use it to hold my Vita. I buy games digitally so its all in my memory card rather than having to worry about storing cartridges but the place holders for them feel snug and secure. I dropped it on the floor with my Vita in it once and it protected my Vita just fine. I like that the case comes with a belt loop attachment so i can hook it up to my pants and my Vita is right there.

> 3 dayI wanted something that was as compact as possible to protect it when traveling. My only confilct is I also bought the trigger case which must be removed before using the case, and the trigger encasement is a must have. That said this is a great item minus the smell. Its odd. I kept a bar of soap wrapped in a tissue for the first few months when it was not being used, now its fine lol.
