> 24 hourThis power strip has a major design flaw. If you unplug it or lose power, the Wifi will stop working and make the strip useless. There isn’t even a way to make the outlets turn on manually. Customer service is also slow to respond to warranty replacements. The 1st unit was eventually replaced free of charge, but that one broke the same way the first one did. It has been a week and customer service still hasn’t responded to my inquiry about a refund (no need for another replacement, this is useless if it keeps breaking after power loss). Glad I was home when both instances happened, otherwise my fish would be dead… I ordered another strip and tested it for the same flaw: works perfectly. Don’t waste your time with Geeni. Spend a few more bucks and get a reputable brand.

> 24 hourWorks great sometimes and not so great other times. I use Alexa with this plug and sometimes it turns the stuff on when I tell it to, other times I have to repeat myself several times to get results. But worth the money, do have 4 different items connected to it.

> 24 hourThis is one of the best smart power strip that I ever bought easy to pair with any alexa device as long you download the geeni app. The oulet can be individually turned on and off via app or alexa by naming each outlet. For the price this is very affordable especially one smart plug already cost at least around $10 for more while this one you already have 6 outlets. Another reason I bought this is it’s compatible with alexa device.

> 24 hourAlexa doesnt recognize this device half the time, i.e, the slot I named 5 gallon tank and says its not responding, but when I go through the app Im able to control the outlets just fine. This was easy to install and works with the Smart Life app... just not Alexa. So much for voice controlling water changes on my nano tank, and glad I have a waterproof case on my iphone to control via the app!

> 24 hourThe Geeni wifi controlled outlet is just about as useless as all the other wifi enabled outlets on this cursed app (Im looking at you Gosund). Dont know why I bothered with this one. Yes, it has 6 individually controllable outlets, but that doesnt matter when it CANT EVEN CONNECT TO THE APP. The first time I plugged it in out of the box it was smooth sailing. Unplugged it and tried again, then all of a sudden it cant connect at all. The app will find the device, but thats as far as itll get. I know its not a problem with my wifi either since it can connect to it. When using the on-board wifi to connect in slow mode, itll connect, but boy good luck staying connected as it IMMEDIATELY boots you off. Also when trying to connect in slow or fast mode the device randomly turns on and off, even switching pairing modes which probably isnt helping. Whyd I unplug it in the first place? Because the schedule system in it is absolutely ABYSSMAL. At first, only one of the outlets was turning off and on as scheduled. The other outlets would turn on as scheduled, but would NEVER turn off as scheduled. Eventually, BOTH wouldnt turn on or off on time. This is why I unplugged it, so I could maybe reset and connect to it. Well, you already know how it went trying to reconnect (surprise! it wouldnt). Stay clear and read the RECENT reviews. All the consistently good reviews were from 2-3 years ago. I cant return it as I threw away the original packaging since I THOUGHT my problems were solved. In fact, save yourself the time and money and just forego any wifi outlets in general. Buy yourself a manual outlet timer if you really need it. This thing is now reduced to being a $30, regular outlet with no wifi controlled capabilities.

> 24 hourI have multiple reptiles and other animals that require an extensive lighting schedule. This plug strip has given me so much freedom and has given my animals consistency.

> 24 hourI have a Mixer, Computer Monitor, Active Speakers, Chromecast, HDMI Audio Splitter and Desk Lamp all plugged into and individually controllable through this ONE surge protector. Each outlet being a smart plug makes the utility of this surge protector multiply tenfold especially if you have an entertainment center and are looking to, for example, power on your mixer before powering on your speakers so there isnt a POP over the speakers. I have connected this to both Amazons Echo and Google Assistant and it works like a charm. Easy to reset as well if ever the smart assistants lose connection.

> 24 hourSetup was a breeze, create a Geeni account, add the device to it. I also connected to alexa. I was looking for something to shut off my monitors and computers overnight to save energy as the rates here are skyrocketing. Problem is, I would be sitting at my desk, sometimes on a zoom meeting and the smart plug would decide to power off and then on. Not good as it takes a minute or 2 for everything to come back up again. Double checked there were no schedules run to cause this. Checked for new firmware. This happened at different times too of the day too. After the 4th time it happened while I was presenting remotely, I returned it.
