> 24 hourI use the accessory nozzles and scrubbers more than the floor steamer. Directing the steam does well on the soot on a fireplace door, baked on oven grease, and even some odd resin that leaked down from the attic of a summer cabin. (It might have been solidified pack rat pee.) There was a big string of it stuck to the wall and this steam dissolved it without damaging the wall surface.

> 24 hourOk yes this product was fantastic at first. Within the first 2 months both water tanks started leaking. Then it wouldn’t let me use the steamer at all because the water wasn’t registering in the tank. I purchased more then 1 of these and had the same issues with them all. I tried to find replacement parts and had no luck. Customer service did not want to refund my money but after arguing with them that I was not the cause of the problems they finally agreed and then I was charged a restocking fee for something they could not restock and/or sell. All I wanted honestly was a replacement or all my money back so I could buy something else and they wouldn’t do it. Hoover was no help either. How do you sell products and don’t guarantee your products especially when the parts on the machine were defective after just a couple months. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this machine here is poorly made. If you do buy it I hope you have better luck then I did.

> 24 hourI’ve had this for a bit now and I really do like it. My biggest complaint, the water reservoir on the front of the unit does does click in and therefore, when u stand it upright, or take the small portion of the steamer out of the housing, the water reservoir falls out every.single.time. It’s annoying. I should’ve sent it back for a replacement but I failed to do so before the appropriate timing Amazon gives u.

> 24 hourPersonally I dislike this alot. Its too heavy for me and I feel it is not easy to steam floors with.

> 24 hourIt is a bit on the heavy side for senior. Also difficult to push. Tried steaming an upholstered chair but there were no appreciable results. It is, however, very good for cleaning bare floors.

> 24 hourHoover name, handles well, powerful easy, you see and smell the difference immediately. 1 suggestion have a power on button to stay on instead of holding the nozzle

> 24 hourThis steamer is lightweight and easy to use. But for rugs, I would give it a 2, maybe 3 stars. It is not a vacuum so it doesn’t remove the dirty water… it just sort of spreads it. Not enough to worsen the effected area but leaves area wet and really not that better off then it was to begin with either. Also it has no rollers…. Sooooo you’re basically pushing this thing over the rug and the rug glide thing that it comes with doesn’t make it any easier…. Main thing to keep in mind is that this is NOT A vacuum it sprays steam, then you push the pad over steam area…. So as you can imagine… good for hard surfaces but not so much for rugged areas. I’m returning mine.

> 24 hourWith the mop head on, when I squeeze the trigger (the only way to get steam), the steam comes out on top of the microfiber pad. It does not go through the pad to the floor. Consequently, my floor is not “steam” cleaned. At most, it’s damp mopped. I would call this a failure.
