Long time buyer, first time returner? Save yourself the trouble and buy something better. I have learned my lesson thanks to this crappy Hoover steamer. I guess it’s true what they say about getting what you pay for. This item was a huge disappointment. I was so excited to get a steam mop but this is my first ever Amazon return and best believe I am immediately going on the hunt for an upgrade. I’m bummed this thing barely works. Doesn’t produce steam unless you hold down the trigger for far too long which I promise you no matter how strong your hands are will leave them aching in literal minutes. I moved into a new apartment with a sort of strange colorscheme going on in the bathroom. The wall tiles are off white with white grout and the floor tiles are medium grey with dark grey grout. Only… I was curious to see how my drill brush attachment would work on the new tile and after doing so I discovered that the floor tile actually matches the wall tiles. Or it did at one time. So being thoroughly disgusted by the fact that my bathroom floor probably hadn’t been adequately cleaned since the building was built in 2007 (judging by the solid 1/2 of filth completely disgusting the true color of the grout) I decided to figure out how I could most effectively clean and sanitize everything myself…. This will not do it folks. I guess I got it wrong but wish me luck on the next one :)

This mop is nice and all the attachments are wonderful but I was only able to use it 3 times before the water fill tanks started leaking. Reached out to Amazon and contacted the seller for a replacement and send the broke one back like Amazon stated and still have not got a working one or heard back from anyone.

This mop works well, but it is heavy & does require a little more scrubbing than the previous steam mop that we had. In order to release steam, you have to hold down the button, so that can be a positive or negative depending on the person...

Over this is a super effective steam cleaner and gets up dirt you never even imagined was there. Its cleaning power gets 5 stars. But it drops a star for 2 reasons. #1 you have to hold the button down for the steam the entire time, which doesnt sound like a big deal, but if you have even minor wrist issues this starts to hurt quickly. And #2 the water tank is small and needs filled a lot which is really just an inconvenience. Overall this is a powerful little thing and the fact I got it for $64 I cannot complain. It does its job well.

It’s ok, but when lifting up the bottom wants to fall off. Not overly thrilled.

Came with a broken handle where it snaps into place didnt want to send it back so I rigged it up. Other than that it works good. For now.

I use the accessory nozzles and scrubbers more than the floor steamer. Directing the steam does well on the soot on a fireplace door, baked on oven grease, and even some odd resin that leaked down from the attic of a summer cabin. (It might have been solidified pack rat pee.) There was a big string of it stuck to the wall and this steam dissolved it without damaging the wall surface.

I bought one of these the first week of March and it worked great until I moved on April 1st. It stopped working so I thought it was just from moving. Like maybe it got damaged or something. So I bought another one. That one lasted about a week before it stopped working too. I am so disappointed in this. Especially for the price. It should last a lot longer then this. Im working on getting a refund right now. I dont recommend buying this!

LOVE this. It got things clean that I’ve been struggling to get clean for YEARS. All the attachments make it so you can clean basically everything and anything, without toxic chemicals. HIGHLY recommend.

Mine has a leak. The steam works when the body is detached, but leaks and doesnt steam when i use it as a floor cleaner. I was pretty disappointed because I have dogs and ferrets I need to clean after
