> 3 dayAs I use the mop, which is basically a glorified Swiffer, but much less effective, it’s trying to come apart in my hands. The clean you get from this isn’t worth the price tag, like all other cleaning products targeted towards pet owners this is an abysmal embarrassment, and I’m an absolute sucker for falling for this very obvious trap. Buy a knock off swiffer instead, the handle is less likely to come off the 5th time you use it.

Greater than one weekDoesn’t beat up as much as I thought. I bought it to clean my grout and it never got as hot to do so.

Greater than one weekLOVE this. It got things clean that I’ve been struggling to get clean for YEARS. All the attachments make it so you can clean basically everything and anything, without toxic chemicals. HIGHLY recommend.

> 3 dayWith the mop head on, when I squeeze the trigger (the only way to get steam), the steam comes out on top of the microfiber pad. It does not go through the pad to the floor. Consequently, my floor is not “steam” cleaned. At most, it’s damp mopped. I would call this a failure.

> 3 dayI bought this specifically with grout cleaning in mind. The floors in our rentals kitchen have wide gaps of grout between the tiles- so stupid. I felt screwed over using this for that purpose. The ‘grout brush’ looks like my 10 yo’s toothbrush; totally splayed out after 12” of grout cleaning. I tried just using the precision nozzle sans attachments and that did nothing. After an hour of work I 6 linear feet of grout cleaner than before. Expect no miracles. Pros- heats ups fast! Long cord! Cons- Tool storage on unit is a joke. Only one of both types of cleaner pad included. Hand-held unit is heavy and clumsy. I felt like I had to really push on the mop to get good cleaning (could be my naïveté).

Greater than one weekI was really looking forward to this thing because its got a detachable handheld steamer and, unfortunately, after tugging and pulling on it for 15 minutes, I just barely got the handheld steamer out. And frankly, its the only part of this mop thats worth it. Very disappointed, will be returning so I can just buy a handheld steamer for cheaper.

Greater than one weekI love this steam cleaner! All the attachments are awesome and I was pretty grossed out when I saw the residue on the cloth that obviously other cleaners left behind. Im so happy with the cleaner, I wish I had 2!

> 3 dayI had a cheaper version of a steam mop and thought this would be a better option. The steam mop being useful for other types of cleaning not just floor made me buy. There are attachments that come with it, the amount of steam is good. There are 2 water holding tanks and not just one. Its kind of heavy when you try to carry and use at the same time. This works for a clean floor, not a dirty floor. If you have hard water be careful when using. I have hard water stains after using when I used the tap water and used vinegar to remove stains. The attachment for tile type cleaning falls off, the steam is super hot and could burn your skin easily. Basic average steam mop, attachments are okay and its heavy to carry around. The price is high but has lasted after using many times. The quality is better than other steam mops purchased around this price point.

> 3 dayIll start by saying that this is the first steam cleaner I purchase. One of my pets has environmental allergies, including dust mites, and his Dermatology specialist recommended we steam clean the floor and furniture to help him while the allergy shots kick in as he had a bad reaction to the medications. Anyway. -Pros: This is an easy to use product. I was able to assemble and have it ready to go in five minutes; the pads are nice and thick and glide easily both on carpet (with the glider) and hard floors; the unit itself is lightweight and looks well built. We tested it on tile and sealed hardwoods. Great! -Problem: it does not really get hot. Or maybe I have a defective unit. Either way Im packing it up and sending it back, which sucks because I really wanted to love it otherwise. Does it steam? Yes it does, at least I can see a little water vapor... But I also can touch the surface I just cleaned and the center of the pad with my bare fingers. The floor isnt even warm and Ive had toast that is hotter than the cleaning mop pad. Needless to say I dont see how were supposed to be disinfecting with this steamer when the steam is barely luke warm at max steam. Because of that, dirt also really doesnt come up. I went over the floor after with my Bona mop and the pad for the Bona was disgusting and 4X dirtier. I would assume if Im cleaning, then the second pass would be LESS dirt, not more. So Im sorry Hoover but this was most definitely not a hit. Im off to try a Bissell instead.

> 3 dayI have only had this for a few days and overall I like it. As a floor cleaner it is light-weight, easy to store, and does a great job on floors without having to use chemicals. I thought initially the water reservoir would be too tiny to be practical but it actually lasts a rather long time even on high steam. My complaints are with the hand-held portion of the cleaner. It works, however, it is very cumbersome to use. It is hard for it to stand on its own if you are using the hose attachment. In addition with the trigger for steam being where it is it is difficult to maneuver with it. The tool attachment for the back also is entirely useless as if you are using the hose it will quickly knock all accessories off in short order.
