Ok yes this product was fantastic at first. Within the first 2 months both water tanks started leaking. Then it wouldn’t let me use the steamer at all because the water wasn’t registering in the tank. I purchased more then 1 of these and had the same issues with them all. I tried to find replacement parts and had no luck. Customer service did not want to refund my money but after arguing with them that I was not the cause of the problems they finally agreed and then I was charged a restocking fee for something they could not restock and/or sell. All I wanted honestly was a replacement or all my money back so I could buy something else and they wouldn’t do it. Hoover was no help either. How do you sell products and don’t guarantee your products especially when the parts on the machine were defective after just a couple months. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this machine here is poorly made. If you do buy it I hope you have better luck then I did.

This is great for a quick spot clean but does not do a deep clean like I thought it would.

Received the product with the steamer not working properly. Contacted them and they quickly sent us out a replacement without having to return the other which was very convienient. Really great customer service and product works really great as well for some good deep cleaning!

Long time buyer, first time returner? Save yourself the trouble and buy something better. I have learned my lesson thanks to this crappy Hoover steamer. I guess it’s true what they say about getting what you pay for. This item was a huge disappointment. I was so excited to get a steam mop but this is my first ever Amazon return and best believe I am immediately going on the hunt for an upgrade. I’m bummed this thing barely works. Doesn’t produce steam unless you hold down the trigger for far too long which I promise you no matter how strong your hands are will leave them aching in literal minutes. I moved into a new apartment with a sort of strange colorscheme going on in the bathroom. The wall tiles are off white with white grout and the floor tiles are medium grey with dark grey grout. Only… I was curious to see how my drill brush attachment would work on the new tile and after doing so I discovered that the floor tile actually matches the wall tiles. Or it did at one time. So being thoroughly disgusted by the fact that my bathroom floor probably hadn’t been adequately cleaned since the building was built in 2007 (judging by the solid 1/2 of filth completely disgusting the true color of the grout) I decided to figure out how I could most effectively clean and sanitize everything myself…. This will not do it folks. I guess I got it wrong but wish me luck on the next one :)

I did so much research on many of these before getting this one. I love all of the attachments for it and this little thing came in hand for our move out cleaning. We cleaned baseboards, walls, toilets in all the nooks and crannies, I have to say I like the attachments more than the mop though. Make sure to click the little red button on the bottom left of the mop to get the steam to come out from the bottom and not the top it works way better that way!

I love this little gadget I could not wait to get it in the mail today. It was missing two pieces. The seller told me he would send out the missing pieces. I easily was able to clean my baseboards and mop my floors and disinfect all the areas I wanted to with the handheld device. I highly recommend this product, very pleased with it.

Mine has a leak. The steam works when the body is detached, but leaks and doesnt steam when i use it as a floor cleaner. I was pretty disappointed because I have dogs and ferrets I need to clean after

It does a decent job on the floors, but it does leave a wetter floor than other steam mops I have used. It’s a little heavier and basically I hold down on the steam button the whole time I am mopping., otherwise you are just moving around the mop and getting your floors wet. I have yet to find replacement pads too.

I agree with most people are saying I just dont think it gets hot enough. Did it pick up some dirt yes but I have it on max setting as well and although steam is coming out I just dont feel that it is enough to get the job done. I am going to keep the product because of the handheld part but may look for another mop. I have a German Shepard and just moved into a new house and still have a lot of dirt that the dogs track in. I use the swiffer mop that was getting ridiculous changing the pads but looks like I will still be using that for the high traffic areas as the floor is actually wet and looks mopped when I finish.
