This mop works well, but it is heavy & does require a little more scrubbing than the previous steam mop that we had. In order to release steam, you have to hold down the button, so that can be a positive or negative depending on the person...

Over this is a super effective steam cleaner and gets up dirt you never even imagined was there. Its cleaning power gets 5 stars. But it drops a star for 2 reasons. #1 you have to hold the button down for the steam the entire time, which doesnt sound like a big deal, but if you have even minor wrist issues this starts to hurt quickly. And #2 the water tank is small and needs filled a lot which is really just an inconvenience. Overall this is a powerful little thing and the fact I got it for $64 I cannot complain. It does its job well.

But it’s a little bit heavy But it’s an awesome Steam MOP ! It does it all. And now I have muscular arm muscles. Which I can live with. But seriously it does it ALL !

My wife loves it, what more can I say

I had a couple of smaller/lighter models previously that I did like, especially the first one I got which I can’t remember the name of, but I return them because they were the missing pieces or didn’t work. This one’s a little bit heavier than I hoped for. I don’t care for the two separate water containers, would prefer one large one. This makes plenty of steam, leaves my floors wet even if I turn it down. I don’t care for the handheld part of it because it’s kind of hard to get it around things with it like my sink faucets and toilet. But I didn’t send this one back because I am embarrassed that I keep returning things and afraid Amazon would cut me off! Lol… I really don’t think they would but I’ve returned to many and in order to do so I have to take them to Kohl’s , and being disabled it’s not easy to carry something like this to the back of the store. UPDATE: I bought the steam mop in March 2022, I’ve only used it about 10 times in my little apartment, mainly on the kitchen and bathroom tile floors which are very small and around my sink areas. So that’s not a lot of use, and today when I went to use it the water is leaking out of it on the handheld unit itself right below the filter looking thingy. So far I haven’t seen where there is the warranty on this but I’m searching. Hope they will make good on this since it’s only been used less than a dozen times in my tiny apartment in 8 months!

LOVE this. It got things clean that I’ve been struggling to get clean for YEARS. All the attachments make it so you can clean basically everything and anything, without toxic chemicals. HIGHLY recommend.

As I use the mop, which is basically a glorified Swiffer, but much less effective, it’s trying to come apart in my hands. The clean you get from this isn’t worth the price tag, like all other cleaning products targeted towards pet owners this is an abysmal embarrassment, and I’m an absolute sucker for falling for this very obvious trap. Buy a knock off swiffer instead, the handle is less likely to come off the 5th time you use it.

I got it because some family members have pet allergies and I love my pets. It helps

I was warry about the arrived used reviews, so I paid very close attention to the packaging when it arrived. While the box had definitely been opened before, the unit inside appeared to be in its original packaging and everything was there, new condition. This unit works great for cleaning. I especially like the floor scrubber, which is below the mop head, for the kitchen tile floors, and hadnt read anyone else comment about it. The attachments are useful, and it was able to get my bathroom baseboards clean, after loads of other attempts that didnt work. The tool storage on the back of the unit is a complete waste of space, nothing will stay in it. The power steam button has been phenomenal on tough stains and grime. Overall, Im super happy with the purchase, it makes cleaning awkward spaces (like faucets and the toilet bowl base) very fast and thorough. I would buy it again.

This is great for a quick spot clean but does not do a deep clean like I thought it would.
