> 24 hourThis unit is perfect for caring due my elderly parent with Alzheimer’s. I have 4 cameras and one monitor. I can easily switch from one room to another which will allow me to get something done while knowing where he is and that he’s safe. I’ve even been able to go water the garden and feed chickens outside 70-90 feet away from the house with no issues. I honestly can’t review the zoom cuz I’ve never used that, but both daytime and nighttime are clear, easy to hear, able to scan the entire room, and able to help me sleep at night knowing I can check on him from my own bed. I tried another brand and I loved that the screen on the monitor was much larger, but when I would go outside I could not see him well if he was in a dim room and couldn’t make it to the garden or chicken coop without it disconnecting. I prefer this brand.

> 24 hourI bought this camera to ad to already purchased system to be able to monitor couple rooms at the same time. Picture quality is great whether it is a day or night. It gets little grainy with night mode but still very clear. I love the feature that I can adjust it horizontally and vertically via monitor. The unit is not split screen when used with more cameras, but it gives picture in 10 sec intervals between units. Quick shuffle button (OK) is great and helps to switch in need quickly and with ease if you need to choose one, two, or up to four cameras picture, or a scan mode. If you have a cell phone nearby the monitor it will interfere with a signal and unfortunately there is no silence option but you get a rather loud eating noise. This camera doesnt come standard with optical lens but its an option to buy. I currently dont need it so Im happy with how it is. So far Im liking this product and would recommend it to others.

> 24 hourThis monitor system was great for almost two years. For the last few weeks though, the buttons on the display unit have been less and less reactive. I had to push each button 2 to 3 times to get any kind of response. Around the same time, I started having problems getting it to charge.I had to use a rubber band to put pressure on the connection. I tried different chargers and even purchased a different battery to see if this would help. It did not. I contacted customer service and was told that it was out of warranty, but they did offer me a decent discount on a new monitor/camera set. I took them up on the offer, since I already had two cameras that still worked perfectly fine. I would have given this unit 5 stars, but I feel that 2 years is not long enough for the price.

> 24 hourWhy did I wait to buy this monitor?!? I really wanted a monitor that had it all (including WiFi capabilities) with a parent module. So because this monitor didn’t have WiFi, I went with a Motorola instead. Although the picture on the Motorola parent module was amazing, I went through three different returns before finally giving up on the MP4 model. The sound went out on one and the other two I had troubles with charging because the port was cheaply constructed. Finally, after every review basically said this monitor was the best, I bought it. Why why why was I reluctant? It really is the best! The picture is great, the sound is great, I love all the features. And I really don’t miss WiFi like I thought I would. If you are like me and really don’t want to use your phone as your parent module, this really is the best monitor!!!!

> 24 hourWe purchased a second add-on camera for our second baby’s room. I’ve never owned another monitor so I can’t compare, but I do really like the features this camera and monitor offer. The ability to view my babies without having to just rely on noises alone makes this monitor well worth the money! It has a good range of motion for when my older son rolls around in his bed. My only complaints are that after a year the monitor will stop working and the screen will display a signal out of reach screen, even though everything is powered on and was just working. I took the battery out and let it sit for 20 mins as the manufacturer suggests, but within another week or so it started doing it again. I’m not sure if this is from the battery being plugged in for too long, but it is annoying because it sometimes stays on that screen for 3 or more minutes and powering on and off doesn’t resolve the issue, you just have to wait for it to reconnect. My other complaint is that on our first camera (the one we’ve had for over a year now) the port at which the cord plugs into the camera seems to be somewhat loose now and we have to wrap the cord around the camera with the antenna holding it in place to keep it connected. There are also times on that camera where the picture isn’t as clear, which maybe could be caused by the cord connection, but it’s just odd that one time the picture is great and the next it’s a tad blurry when the camera hasn’t been touched. Overall I’m very happy with this camera and monitor set.

> 24 hourThis is a pretty good product, easy to use, does what it needs to most of the time. The only exterior design flaw is that its not very stable, rounded edges and an off center support make it easy to knock over. falling over exacerbates the second issue. The battery connection is absolute crap. It jiggles loose constantly and youll suddenly find that its just dead despite having been plugged in all day. They could have found a dozen ways to secure the battery cable but they seem to prefer selling new ones. I had to shell out about $80 the week I bought the camera because there is no warranty on the battery and they did nothing to troubleshoot to problem. But, if you open up the back and press firmly on the plastic part of the battery connection with something hard it will go back to working until one of the next times you reach for it in the dark and it falls off your nightstand.

> 24 hourThis is a great baby monitor and the customer service provided is outstanding. I was unaware that the LEDs that provided night vision were not working on my camera until after the warranty had expired. After reaching out to customer service, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and when it couldn’t be fixed, they helped me to get a new camera. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Pros: -great night vision - zoom capability - stand alone monitor that is not connected to WiFi - ability to turn off screen but still hear sound - great sound and picture quality - great customer service Cons: - occasional loss of signal when streaming videos over WiFi - limited range between camera and monitor - does not filter out white noise

> 24 hourI really love this camera. The night vision on it is great as this is what we see the most. During the day when the lights are on in my kids rooms the picture quality is really great it shows the colors of the crib sheets and other objects well. Having multiple children i love that there is a scan setting and every 10 seconds or so it switches rooms thus allowing overnight observation of all rooms. It does have the talk back feature which can be utilized but we do not very often unless we are playing around. we have not tried out the different lenses but will shortly be switching out to the wide view lens. Overall we LOVE this camera, definitely worth the money. it also does not run off of wifi which means it can’t be hacked (bug plus for us) and the battery life has on average lasted 6-8 hours or so (this is hard to say as im not always super close when it dies) the volume can also be turned up fairly loud. We really love the infant optics products. Another added bonus to all infant optics products is their customer service is out of this world amazing! My parent unit quit working and they replaced and had the new unit to me within 2 days of shipping the old one. They are very friendly and even after receiving the new parent unit they ensured to email me to check that everything was working appropriately and I didn’t have any dither needs (this was awesome)! I will continue to buy their products and I am constantly recommending them to friends!

> 24 hourThis product is wonderful. I have been using it for three months. It allows me to see my child during the day and at night in his room. We bought this camera to use with the Infant Optics monitor we have for the camera in our daughters room. It was very easy to sync this camera with the monitor we already had. And the monitor is easy to operate between both cameras. We use the original lens that came with this camera since we are viewing a baby in his crib. It is perfect or keeping an eye on him. The night vision works well. I have not had any issues with this camera. It rotates around the room when buttons are pushed on the monitor. So, I am able to move the camera if my baby moves. I am also able to talk through the monitor to my baby. The speaker on the monitor and camera are very clear. Please feel free to select below whether this review was helpful to you.

> 24 hourOverall, this camera is great value (good quality for low cost). The picture quality, battery life, and overall ease of use are all excellent. The reason for holding back on the 5th star is due to the brightness on the night vision mode. The sheets in our baby’s bassinet (and crib) are all white and a highly reflective material, thus the night vision shows up on screen extremely bright (even on the lowest brightness level/setting). Accordingly, the brightness of the night vision causes some eye strain when taking a peek in the middle of the night. The only other comment/observation I have is related to the built in temperature sensor. Although it seems like a relatively handy feature, and the sensor seems fairly accurate, it’s only useful if your camera is mounted close to the baby’s sleeping area. In our nursery, the camera is mounted near the ceiling, high above the crib. Because of that, the temperature always appears to be 3-5 degrees higher than the actual temp near the baby(Heat rises), so if you intend to place this camera more than 3-5 feet away from the baby, I’d recommend buying an alternative temperature sensor, as you won’t be able to reliably utilize the temperature reading.
